I have been wanting to give this place a try for some time now. It's convenient to where I live and they offer quite the menu that affords just about any person something to consume. This place has a little bit of notoriety to it. It has been featured on a short lived Food Network show "Outrageous Foods." But the real draw here is that they have an ever growing list of flavors to wings. A list that consists of over 1,600 flavors and continues to grow. They even have a challenge where you must sign a waiver to participate to consume The Nuclear Hell flavor that comes in at 2.5 million Scoville Units. But I did not participate as I know I cannot handle such a feat and I cannot see myself enjoying a wing. To note, this place has some odd hours, but for good cause. They are open for roughly three hours for lunch, close up and reopen for dinner. Think that is pretty great for those that want something a little different for lunch than the usual fare around the city. They also have delivery available if you are nearby. As well as outdoor seating if you want to dine here, I believe it is BYOB on the patios, so you can enjoy yourself. Or you can go the route I did, call the order in and come and pick it up. We browsed the menu online and called in the order. We kind of ordered from all over the menu. We got the Appetizer Sampler, a dozen of pierogis, two Chili Cheese Dogs, Kids Cheeseburger and Fries, and a few other things I cannot remember. We were quoted a time and just waited until it was time for me to head out. When I showed up it wasn't quite ready, but that gave me time to scope out the place. The building itself is small on the inside, so if it is busy, waiting outside might be best. Once everything was ready I was on my way back home. Everything smelt great and I could not wait to dig into it all. The chili cheese dogs were exactly what I expected. The mix of the chili and cheese was great, the chili was almost a liquid consistency. The pierogis were kind of a hit or miss, something I could have done at home, but I am grateful that someone else making it. The star of this all was the Appetizer Sampler. According to the menu you get a sample of every single appetizer except for the potato skins. That means you get breaded mushrooms, breaded cauliflower, cheddar cheeseballs, hot cheddar cheeseballs, mini corn dogs, fried green beans, fried pickles, mozzarella cheese sticks, onion rings, wing dings, jalapeno poppers, broccoli and cheese bites, mac and cheese wedges, and chicken tenders. This right here could constitute a meal unto itself. The amount you get can definitely be divided up into meals for a few people. And the price you pay is definitely a steal. My favorites out of the sampler were the onion rings, fried pickles, and cheddar cheeseballs. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed. Wow, do they have the wings! This is a Johnstown area hidden gem, staple, historic, and awesome place to try. Like, a million different flavored wings! They also have a burger/pizza type Menu. I haven't tried everything, but I have signed the waiver for one of their hottest wings available. Almost impossible!!! Great place for wings and pizza. read more

Possibly the best wings on the planet! Next to missing my friends, the pace of life, and the coziness of the surrounds of Johnstown, these wings are sorely missed! I got a burger, fries AND a salad because you have to buy $10 worth of stuff to use a card. Burger was good. Fries were kind of meh... Soggy... Just ok. Salad was... A salad. The wing thing.... Weirdest restaurant experience! My daughter and I went in one afternoon, the lady at the counter never acknowledged our presence. We stood there consulting the menu, and stood there and stood there... And she sat there and sat there... My daughter looked at me, I looked at her and we waited. After several long minutes of being ignored we just left. Never a word was spoken. I could have piped up and said something but I found their prices a little high and nothing really looked all that good on the menu. read more

We wanted a good gyro and thought we would try cks the same night we tasted ems gyros(which we were highly disappointed in.) Turns cks was even worse, the meat had no flavor at all and the customary white lettuce white tomatoes on white bread had a hole lot of NO flavor. Both places had processed lamb meat. What is that!? Pretty skimpy for 5.25. We also ordered a double meat gyro as well to compare there was only 1 extra slice of meat for $2 more. When I went to pay I got ripped off. Internet pricing said $6.99 my receipt said $7.25. Never go there again or recommend that place. read more

The wings are good. Not the best in Johnstown, but they are good. What turned me off to ever going there again is this: they have over a thousand flavors of wings. As I sit there waiting for my order, I notice a sign on the door that says "please do not ask what a flavor tastes like or what's in it. We can tell you if it's hot or not". ??? I could see if you're standing there for an hour asking what each one is like, being a pain about it. But with so many flavors and many of the titles being so ambiguous, it should not be a problem to have a couple questions such as if a wing flavor is a dry rub or wet; simple questions. I like to follow the rules and won't ask questions because that's what they request. I'll just go to another one of the many great wing joints in town. read more

We've tried some of the odd flavors and some orginals as well. Never had a bad wing here. We've always had then delivered, and the older gentleman that drops them off is always in an awesome mood. Also, one time, they sent us the wrong flavor of wings, but when we got them, they were really awesome, so we don't hold that against them. Also, pretty fairly priced. read more

I give it a five for the best cooked wings I've had around the area. Crispy outside juicy inside equals delicious wings. One thing to be noted is there is only seating outside but they offer takeout and delivery. There Are more than 1350 flavors to choose from and don't be afraid to try weird things you may be surprised for instance the pumpkin pie wings are delicious as well as the root beer float. Totally unique place. I've only ever had wings, and yes I've tried some of the odd flavors. Always delicious. Fun place. There is no indoor seating available, which is a bit of a bummer. Ok, here's the deal. I love wings. I know, they are not rocket science, but a lot of places really don't do them justice. This place cooks the wings when you order them and they are delicious. They have over 1400 flavors. Now, I have only tried a few flavors, but the ones I have tried are good. The number of flavors seems to be a bit of a gimmick, but it is fun. The place is nice, but there is nowhere to sit down indoors, so get them to go or come in the summer! The only reason I took a star off was the owner. I know he was the owner because I saw his picture on the many newspaper articles hanging on the walls. I tried to talk to him, but he really didn't seem to care whether we were there or not. He wasn't rude...he just didn't seem to care whether we ordered or not. But if you like good wings and variety, this is your place. My daughters are wing fanatics and give this place two thumbs up, so good for kids! read more
