She was absolutely sweet, understanding, knowledgeable, and very patient. My two cousins who went with me aren't very experienced riders, and she walked them through everything. Royal Creek has an amazing way of setting up the entire experience. They are really good at pairing the rider with the house -- not easy to do, but very well done. Once you arrive, you meet your "guide" and then are introduced to your horse. I really enjoyed the fact that you have some one on one time with the horse you'll be riding before you actually get on. You get to give your horse a brush down so they get comfortable with you, after that the horses are saddled up, and they take you to an indoor arena to ride around and get comfortable. Your guide will then make sure you're comfortable to take you out to the field where you'll ride around for a while. This was honestly one of the best horseback riding experiences I have had in a long time. Also, their prices are super reasonable. $105 for 3 people for an 1 1/2 hours

Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

All I had was the money for steroids, but if they were gonna charge me $70 to do a ear swab, I would've thought that I mean come on now you could've at least given her the medication for her ear and let me pay for the steroids instead of trying to refer her to one surgeon they could cost up to $2500. they may not even be able to do the surgery to go to another doctor that would cost over $5000 to take her ear canal out and because I couldn't afford the vet cost or get any help with it through fundraising and donations and things they suggested I put my dog down

Burris and dr. grant are the main people I've worked with here, and i love them. weve brought three dogs and a rabbit to them over the years. when we had to bring our bichon in to be euthanized, they were very compassionate and I took notice of the measures they took to make the experience as comfortable as possible. they are extremely rabbit savvy! both dr. grant and dr. burris owned rabbits in the past, and have cared for several rabbits over the years. they have been fantastic in making sure I always have access to the meds my pets need, and have always been easily reachable for questions. most importantly, they are not judgy and have never made me feel bad about long nails, or my buns fur that mats so easily.
