Nobody ever called me back. I got fed up and drove to Downey Insurance's office location in Marlborough just to ask a simple question. The woman at the front desk gave me the wrong information and said I had to pay a $300 deductible for the damage if I opened a claim through them. I told her it wasn't my fault and I had all the other driver's license and insurance information. It was not a hit and run. She said I would still be responsible for a $300 deductible. I found out later by speaking to my insurance company directly that what she told me was not true. I wouldn't have to pay anything. I would not recommend this agency.

When you take out insurance through an agency, the minimum you expect is effective and qualified communication, but this is not the case with G & N Insurance. When I called to resolve this situation with G&N, they told me that they could do nothing and that I would have to take out insurance with Progressive or Geico.
