The staff at Guard Insurance (a) had no copy of my insurance policy in their files and (b) had to forward my questions to the insurance company for answers rather than themselves being competent enough to help me interpret those. At one time they even directed me to the "parent" company Quinn Insurance for answers. I was naive enough to think Guard Insurance represents my interests. Through this devastating experience I have found out that they truly protect the interests of the Insurance companies they sell policies for, not the customer. Buyer beware.
