Trusting their word, we moved forward with the job. Just a few hours after installation, insurance did approve OEM parts. I told the shop right away that I was unhappy with the result, especially since their advice turned out to be completely false. Even after insurance contacted the shop and confirmed that OEM parts were approved, the shop refused to correct the job--saying it was already done. They also promised the new windows would match the originals, but they don't. The tint is visibly different. The shop said they'd send a virtual e-gift card to help cover the cost of correcting the tint, but that never happened either. This experience felt rushed and misleading. I'm extremely disappointed--especially after finding out the shop told insurance that we were "happy" with the aftermarket parts. That's simply not true. We were misled into thinking aftermarket was our only option, and we expressed our dissatisfaction the very same day the job was completed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone--unless they are willing to make this right by reinstalling the OEM windows that insurance approved. I genuinely hope someone from the shop reaches out to resolve this properly.

On November 19, I paid a $423 deposit and was told it would take 10 days before one of the glass panes would be obtained. On December 2, my father passed away and I had still not heard from Florissant Glass. Since my father passed, and I was taking cash offers on the home, there was no need to continue with any further maintenance and repairs. On December 9, I contacted Florissant Glass and was told that, despite my father's death, the deposit was not refundable. The individual I spoke with then advised that I have the window replacement done, pay the remaining balance and then add the total amount to the sale price. I told that individual that the cash offer was for the house as-is, and I was unable to "add the cost to the sale price." I asked to speak with the owner and was told he would give me a call. Later that day, I received a phone call from the same person I spoke with who told me the owner tried to contact me on multiple occasions to schedule installation. This is patently false, as I have no missed phone calls from Florissant Glass! I will never use Florissant Glass for any window/glass projects nor would I ever recommend this company!!

I am writing this review because I experienced a safety failure due to having my car serviced at…read moreSeeger Toyota. However, the management team did all they could to make the situation right. I know this was the mistake of probably one individual and I appreciate what was done to help me. On September 15, 2026, I paid $2,800 for services, which included an alignment and tire installation (in addition to a variety of other services, all of which I agreed to). I picked up my car around 3:15 p.m. to get my children from school. While I was driving, I immediately noticed intense rattling coming from the car, almost as if something was attached to the tire, along with a click and thunk in the center of the car a few times braking. When I parked and looked under the car, I found a small black cap stuck in the tire and thought that could have been making the noise. At that point, I didn't yet know what the issue was. It wasn't until I drove back home, looked online for what the issue could be, and looked closer that I discovered that two out of the five lug nuts on my front right tire were completely loose and I could spin them by hand. If I had kept driving at full speed for long enough, a wheel could have easily fallen off, resulting in a catastrophic accident and potentially severe injury or death to me and my children. When my husband got home, I had him check all the tires and tighten the lug-nuts. I then drove my car to my local Mobil Service station and the mechanics there checked my entire car FOR FREE to make sure that the services I paid for at Seeger were actually done. When I brought this up the next day to my contact at Seeger, she was very apologetic. She told me she would talk to the general manager. Over the next week, I spoke to 2 general managers and they offered me a $1,400 refund as a good will gesture. I told them it was important to me that I still keep this review up, and they were still willing to give me that partial refund. I am grateful for Jim, Casey, and Kelly's help on my case. They reviewed the video footage (which did show the mechanic tightening the lug nuts, though clearly a final tighten was missed) and took the time to speak with me over the phone and via email. While I personally would not feel comfortable returning to Seeger due to what happened, I do believe this mistake was handled with professionalism. I would just urge other customers to be aware this is a potential issue after servicing, and to stop driving and check their lug nuts if they notice any weird noises or rattling while driving.

I decided to give it a try for an oil change and a brake inspection/repair, and it went very well. As a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am always worried about potentially being convinced to buy services I don't want or need, but I did not feel that way at all at Seeger. They were very nice, honest about cost with no unexpected charges at the end, and I am very confident all of the services they provided were genuinely necessary for my vehicle, and nothing was proposed just to make more money. It was such a relief to drive home with the confidence that all of the issues with my car were safely repaired (and my brakes were no longer making a loud grinding noise, which is ideal). I will come back in the future and recommend to others.
