I took my bike in for a service here. Not only was it much cheaper than I expected, but they did such a good job it felt like I was riding a new bike. While the bike was in, I bought a pannier rack and got them to fit it while doing the service, something they did without hint of trying to ask for a few extra quid. Highly recommended.

The suggestion or implication was that if the offer was declined, the listing may be removed. He asked me if I had made the call or taken a picture of the shop with the shutters up? Neither of these incidents came from me, and as anyone can see both photos of the shop were taken during the day. I am not out at night unless I`ve turned into a vampire!!

I haven't been there in person, but if they are as friendly and responsive in shop as they are by email it'd be worth the hour and a half train ride from where I am now.
