I like to have a nice looking yard but dislike mowing and maintaining a mower so having someone like Dave do it for me is wonderful. His rates are very reasonable. BUYER BEWARE: I am so understanding there will always be…read moreissues with service plans. And I called the company 4 times trying to give them the opportunity to fix their shortcomings. Each time I called I was told a different story one when my last treatment happened and when my next treatment would happen. Each time I called I asked for a call from a manager call back or to have someone come by the house and look at the issues. I was told each time that someone would call me within 24-48 hours. Only 1 of the 4 times did someone call, I missed the phone call by a split second and they just left a message saying I would have to call back and request another phone call. The pictures I have attached are from 12 days from a respray I had to request. I was then informed when I just called that I was actually charged for the respray without authorization and it clearly did nothing for the yard. If you go with them pay attention to the spray schedule. They sprayed my yard on 6/17 and had no plans to come back until 8/24. When they say a free respray it's false. I was assured multiple times it was free. It wasn't. I should also note this isn't new- I have been a customer for 2 years. The first year I just figured I was the new homeowner and maybe the last one didn't take care of the yard and it would take time. It's now year 2. This shouldn't be an issue.

I didn't sign up for the snow removal service, but those guys were always on top of any snow removal for the neighbor. After I signed up, another neighbor signed up with Todd's based on what I had to say and the results they saw. The people who bought the house from me requested to know what service was handling the property and they also chose to stick with Todd's Mow N Plow from what the owner told me before the house closed. There were a couple times I was accidentally a couple weeks behind as a bill would get lost in the shuffle of paperwork while I was traveling. My lawn was never damaged by "weed killer"? The crews working on my house traveled in 2 trucks. I can't see a business owner losing tons of money to send multiple trucks, waste product, and pay employees to commit crimes to damage a non-paying customer's yard. Todd's Mow N Plow was friendly, timely, did a nice job, worked quickly and billed more than reasonably. 2 years after I moved, I'm recommending my mom to use the lawn service. That says it all, doesn't it?
