C&K lawn service refuses to speak to customers without being negative and angry in every response to a customer's requests to fix issues in their service. C&K lawn service sends emails instead of speaking on the phone with the client and also continually argues with the customer through emails. If you want to argue every week with them then go ahead and have them do your mowing and lawn care. Any request to correct any mowing issues will be dismissed as your fault, and you will be told to pay more money to correct the issues that were already addressed by their mistakes.
