He is very businesslike - shows up, mows, and leaves. He only mows and to my knowledge does not do any other yard work . He keeps the mower height at the correct value to avoid scalping my grass. I like to have a nice looking yard but dislike mowing and maintaining a mower so having someone like Dave do it for me is wonderful. His rates are very reasonable. They did both the first 2 steps, weed control and fertilization the same morning before 7am. I sent them pictures of so bald spots on my yard with no signs of fertilizer . I have been fertilizing my own yard for forty years with a drop spreader per the manufacturers instructions so I know what the pattern should look like.
