After submitting an inquiry on yelp, Desiree (who is an absolute pleasure to work with) reached out to me via the yelp app. After some general questions, she gave me the option to drop my vehicle off the following morning. I dropped off my car as agreed and I had my repair quote by midday. The shop is reasonably priced and my car was repaired and running within 48 hours. Car troubles always come with added stress and expenses. This whole ordeal was made a breeze thanks to Rohnert Park Transmissions. Our tow truck, Aloha towing, (great experience but they don't have a yelp) dropped off my vehicle there. The next morning Dylan called me and let me know they would not have time to do the diagnostic that day but would try. They weren't able to but did get it taken care of early the next day and called me around 9:00 am. Total engine replacement!!!! Say it ain't so! However, Dylan went on to tell me that he had several customers take their Hyundai back to the dealer where it was covered under an extended warranty and gave me the information I would need to take it up with them. What a roller coaster. Luckily, I was still covered under the warranty, and it is in the dealers' hands now. Pray for me! Hopefully I won't have further vehicle issues, but I know where I want to go if I do! Thank you GG!
