Ultimately, their work is very good (my car looked terrific,…read morealbeit after many thousands of dollars and several weeks), but they seem intent on maximizing the amount of work (and revenues). Indeed, they contacted my insurance company repeatedly to get additional change orders. So overall this was a disappointing experience (from several years ago), and I will use a different body shop in the future, if and as needed.
