Great place to do business, they really know their products. I bought a 2026 Badboy ZT Elite this week and the transaction went smoothly. They even called me just after delivery today to mention they had a promotion and forgot to mention it for a free blower or trimmer. Honest people, take your business to them! read more

C&C is amazing! Their knowledge about my lawn mower (Dixie Chopper) was amazing. They are so friendly and caring and communication is above the top. I have used other lawn mower repair shops that were more local for me in the past, but by far, C&C goes above and beyond to be the best repair shop I have ever used. I highly recommend C&C to anyone that owns a lawn mower. My Dixie Chopper is running it's best and they will keep it running that way. C&C gives you what big box stores cannot give you which is quality and great customer service. All of their products are top notch. I bought a Dixie Chopper from them and I am extremely pleased. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I like to shop local and am glad to have a high quality choice. They really know their mowers. It's rare now days to find a company that you can throughly trust. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected in our recent transactions with them. Family owned, no pressure to buy, salesman actually asked me to drive everything in my price range even after I had made my mind just to be assured that I would be happy with purchase. Which worked out well because I realized that I could get a more reasonable seat upgrade which I am very happy with. (Outlaw seat on a Maverick) Very knowledgeable about products and personally invested In the companies and products that they sell. Will use for service and parts in the future, would also recommend to a friend. read more

C&C Sales & Services, LLC is an independent family-owned and operated, full service outdoor power equipment dealer for Lorain County, Ohio and surrounding areas. We opened our doors in 2003 with a focus on servicing and customizing golf carts. In 2008, the addition of zero-turn lawn mowers to our product line began our transformation into a power equipment dealership. We specialize in lawn and turf care equipment for landscapers, municipalities, non-profit organizations and home owners.

C & C Sales & Services, LLC is known as the ZeroTurnHQ but our start was being called "The Golf Cart Place." Our custom golf cart builds and the ability to repair cart issues no one else could first put us on the map. In 2008, we were approached by Dixie Chopper, "the world's fastest lawnmower" to become an outdoor power equipment dealer. We aimed to fill a void in the lawncare industry and for those living a Rural Lifestyle with acres of grass to mow and manage. Most of our competition is focused on agriculture which is busiest at the same times of year that mowers are needed the most. Our mission to offer the best zero turn brands in one showroom is how the Zero Turn Headquarters theme was established. We are a full service dealer for these brands. So we decided to use them again, and right off the bat there was heavy , shameless pressure from the sales rep to commit right away. Despite our misgivings, we signed on. Since then their communication was poor, and when the work was done, we were left with a crack in the wall that the contract excuses them from fixing. It took a week for someone to call me back just to say they weren't liable. So if you want quality service and a responsive company, I would look elsewhere.

We got a laugh out of the fun names they give the golf carts, which also made it very fast to easily pick ours ("Bob Ross") out in parking areas. There's always a bit of a line when you get there with the rest of the folks who have just disembarked from the ferry, but you can also make reservations in advance, which is a good idea for especially busy weekends. It's a fun way to get around the island, particularly in gorgeous weather!

I'm writing a review about the experience I had with C&C cycles of Oberlin Ohio. They are a dealer for Ferris lawn mowers. I have a Ferris 700Z zero turn mower. An excellent machine. I went to the store on a Friday (12-3-21), to see about having it picked up and serviced for winter, so it would be ready to go come spring. The mower is too big for me to take it there so I needed them to come and get it (approximately 15 miles). Rick took my information ,that is, name, address , phone number etc. He said, "ok, i will try to come and get your machine on the following Monday. I will call you about a half hour before I get to your house. And if I can't get there . I'll call you on Tuesday to come and pick up your mower." So... Come Monday I'm waiting for the call. They didn't call. On Tuesday, I'm waiting for the call, and once again, nothing. On Wednesday, I think they may have had some problems, so I stay home and wait to see if they'll call. No call on Wednesday. So , Thursday I decide to go to the store to find out what may have happened. While I'm waiting to talk to Rick, about the servicing of my Ferris, I talk to Rico about upgrading to the next better machine. We talk for about half an hour. He said "sales are going through the roof". After that , he sets me up to have my machine picked up on the following Wednesday and he would call me. Out of the blue, the very next day... (Friday) I get a call from Rick saying he would come get my machine at about 3:30 and he would call first. I went out to my mailbox and missed his call at 3:28. I called the store at 3:40.(Twelve minutes later) They get a hold of him and he calls me right back then. He said that since I didn't answer the phone,he scheduled a couple other pickups. (That must have been hard to do while driving and in a twelve minute time span) So he said, I'll come and get your Ferris next Wednesday. When I asked him, what time? He said, "I'LL CALL YOU !! " Come the following Wednesday,...no call all day. I call the store the next day and both Rick and Rico said they forgot about me. This company touts that it is a family business. I have a mom and pop family business too. But just smiling at everybody isn't enough. That doesn't get the work done or help with running a business efficiently. Sometimes ,overwhelming sales over powers capacity to keep up with the follow up of promises of good service. It also hurts the brand. Consumers want to know that after they make a purchase, the product will be taken care of by the dealer. This isn't happening for me at C&C. And I wasted four ( 9 to 5 ) days of my life. read more
