Overall, I have had a positive experience here. My only complaints are that the house plants inside are almost always mislabeled. I bought a hoya carnosa last week that was labeled as a philodendron xanadu. That is a CRAZY mix up. It didn't bug me much, because I know my plants and knew off the bat what it actually was. But, for the inexperienced person, this could cause problems as they're researching care or trying to learn about a specific plant. The other issue I seem to encounter is that the managers specifically always seem REALLY annoyed anytime they have to deal with guests. The regular employees are always friendly and helpful, but anytime I've had to have an encounter with a manager, they give me an attitude and act like they'd rather be doing anything else other than speaking with me. However, none of the negatives I mentioned are enough to keep me from shopping here. The location and prices are convenient.

I bought a Peace Lily plant which is a houseplant that can be taken care of easily. The owner and the store associate were helpful in explaining the different types of plants and how to care for them. I spent about 25 minutes in the store. I liked that the store sells plant pots and bottle sprays. The store is small but there are plenty of plants to choose from of varying sizes.
