This is my repotted plant happy at home. Thanks Peace Lily.

Kimberly has a lovely plant store. She knows her plants and seeks to teach her customers . I stopped in to have a plant repotted and her assistant was able to do it while I waited. Great value for new pot and service.

Peace Lily is a brand new plant boutique located in the Cedar Lee Business District in Cleveland Heights. It's located between CLE Urban Winery and Hexagon Books. It just opened 2 weeks ago. Grand Opening was on June 28. This is one of the only plant stores in the city! Definitely the most trendy! Cedar Lee Business District is DORA district so you can shop with a beverage in hand. It's especially good during Music Hop festival hosted by the city. Or if you want grab a drink from CLE Urban Winery and plant shop. Store Layout/Inventory: The boutique is green and lush. One of the customers shopping at the same time called it "a green jungle!" It's definitely very trendy - moss checkout, neon lettering for "Tropicals" and "Succulents," and plant graffiti on the walls. The store has a wide range of plants - succulents, olive trees, lilies, tropical plants, palms, and various houseplants. The plants look very healthy and vibrant. You can also find soil, some gardening essentials, and very futuristic pots at the back of the store. In the middle of the store there are very cute mirror accents on the wall. While the store is pretty small, the plants are well organized and leave ample room for browsing. A few customers stopped by during my visit. There are currently no plans to do online ordering. You'll find a large inventory in store and it's fun to shop here. Service: The owner Kimberly works at the store. She's very friendly and helpful. She pointed out a few low maintenance plants for me. She is also open to ideas about the store. And she promised to order a specific plant for me. I was looking for a larger spider plant. I especially loved how community-focused she is, and how she kindly talked about neighboring businesses. Prices: Prices are very reasonable. I bought two 4" pothos plants for $10.59 each. I felt like it was a very good price. Plants came with temporary container and a short blurb about what these plants enjoy. I really need the latter because my plant caring skills are very limited. Parking: Parking is available in the parking garage behind Merchant Cheese (across the street from the boutique). Parking lot is available behind Best Gyros (across the street from the boutique). There are cross walks and traffic lights available to cross the street. You can also find street parking in the area. I felt like Kimberly has a true passion for plants and loves her business. Her enthusiasm was great to witness. As one of the other customers pointed out - "finally, a great boutique on Lee." It's absolutely true! If you're looking for budget-friendly plants and trendy shopping atmosphere, check out this place!

What a great addition to Cleveland Heights! I was welcomed with a warm smile from Kim as she showed me around her spot and gave me helpful tips while picking a plant for my house. There was free street parking & a free parking garage across the street. Right next door to Cle Urban Winery, plants & wine! What better combo. I can't wait to keep growing my plant collection and coming to events Kim hosts.

If…read moreyou're checking out many amazing Heights restaurants nearby (like off Cedar on Lee), make Bremec your garden destination! It's a smaller garden center but with huge inventory. This store is open year round with different vibes. In the colder months only the indoor part is open transforming it into an intimate shop. In the summer it's blooming with an extensive outdoor floral selection! You'll find lots of plant treasures! I'd visit store more if you have outdoor plant needs rather than indoor plant needs. Most of the selection are outdoor plants. Outside: Outside you'll find many outdoor plants, trees, and plant pots. A lot of the flowers are in direct sunlight, I'm not sure how they feel about it. Check on their health before bringing them home. I overheard a few customers questioning the same thing. I'm not a plant guru so for all I know they love the sunshine. Find plant pots outside! There are so many to choose from! There are plenty of manager's sales making them 60% off. I purchased ceramic plant pot for 60% off making it $13 something. It looks like it's been handmade and has a lot of character. There's an ode to CLE with the Guardians bridge fragments. These fragments are for garden decorations. I'm low key obsessed with this city architecture so I loved them! It's such an unusual find! Inside: You'll find a lot of treasure inside - wind chimes, nature-inspired, greeting cards, soil, and other plant necessities. Basically, you can build a gift basket here and add a card. It's your one stop shop! My only complaint is that soil choices are limited. I really wanted pothos plant soil. There was only one bag of indoor soil and it was very big. I would have loved to have more selection and various sizes. I either need smaller soil bags or more pothos! Service: Service levels vary. Sometimes super friendly, other times not so much. It all depends on who you interact with at checkout. I noticed that employees outside during my visit were very attentive! Parking: There is a small lot outside the store. The lot gets full quickly on a busy day. There is street parking nearby but it's a bit of a walk. Visit this location for your outdoor plant and gardening needs! Definitely browse the plant pot selections! There are so many to consider taking home!

My friend and…read moreI showed up there to unload some money and get some plants probably spending a couple hundred dollars each... and yet couldn't get in the door because of the lack of parking. Being honest., there was probably enough parking for a dozen vehicles in the front lot. Big sign says more parking in the rear so we of course, went back there to be greeted with a man trying to do his job in a forklift almost trying to run us over., many many, many many many piles of stone and masonry, which probably took up the parking spots that we're supposed to be back there as as well as bulk mulch piles, which again took up parking, couldn't tell where to park where you'd be out of the way of them trying to do business. In the meantime, decided to leave we went down the street to Bremecs just west of their location about a mile and dropped $400 between the two of us. I can't even imagine trying to run a business and not leaving enough parking for your customers to come in and buy the stuff that you have for sale. I cannot even imagine. My friend said that they have had numerous other complaints of there being no parking. Why have all this merchandise if your customers aren't gonna be able to come in and buy it? Makes no sense won't be back too many other choices up Ohio. Bremecs, Petities, Gale's garden ctr. Very disappointing.

Turning 30 does not have to be a horrible experience though. Celebrating this monumentous milestone deserves some attention! As I bid Bon voyage to my 20's, I wanted to ring in my next decade with a party I would never forget... A celebration with experiences that would last a lifetime. As with any other occasion I plan, I took to google scrolling through the search results looking for unique and creative ways to amplify my birthday while keeping it cost effective for my guests lead me to the Cleveland Candle Company. I guess stumbled upon it is a better description though. Cleveland Candle Company offers 1 and 2 hour long private parties. You and your guests can express your creativity through the process of making handmade candles. I gathered 15 of my closest friends to celebrate this special day. The first half hour putting our noses to the test while sniffing our way through to 200+ scents the Cleveland Candle Company has to offer. With a wide verity of scents ranging from fruity and savory foods, plant, spa, floral, seasonal, and specially scents it can be difficult to narrow down your selection to your top 3. If you are experiencing a sensory overload, you can shop their amazing selection of pre-made soy candles, handcrafted bath bombs, oil infused lip balms and vegan soaps. While waiting for our signature candles to dry we were surrounded by the friendly and helpful staff their pleasant and uplifting attitudes added to the enjoyment of waiting for our creations. For the next hour we laughed and mingled while enjoying great food. I found creating your own craft to take home much more memorable than your typical "Dirty Thirty". Next time you throw a bash remember the Cleveland Candle Company is a clever, cost cutting idea for all ages and occasions. Sincerelybs.com
