Their marketplace also has everything you need for canning- reasonably priced mason jars, pectin, beautiful fruit and recipes. The staff is ever-helpful and friendly. The prices are a great value. I can't wait to go back for raspberry picking! One of my favorite things is that they keep their website updated so you know when to expect the cucumbers to be in season and when they'll be done with raspberries. They have even sent postcards! These greenhouses are on the National Historic Building registry. Trickers has been in business for well over a century. The selection of pond plants and fish can only leave a person wanting a bigger water garden to fit it all in. The locals do fill the place on the weekends and a long wait is guaranteed but it is well worth it. Trickers staff is very knowledgable and will help you choose the right supplies to fit your needs. They have everything. And it's local.

When…read moreit bloomed in June I discovered it was the wrong variety and immediately contacted Tricker with photos of it. They said it was the wrong one they had shipped and that I would be issued a refund. It was also determined that the variety I was sent was actually cheaper than what I had ordered. So they had shipped the incorrect one and charged me more for it by not correcting the charged amount or even notifying me of the substitution. This constitutes fraud by them. I have been waiting for the promised refund and every time I inquire about its status all I get are varying excuses. The last excuse was they are mailing me a check but that has not happened. I even received an email from the CEO Cindy Lee saying they are having issues with their accounting personnel. They were very happy to charge my card immediately when I placed the order nearly a year ago but have lots of difficulties following up on customer service/refund area. Please be very careful if you decide to buy anything from them! There's a good chance if there is a problem that you will get nothing but excuses back instead of your refund.

I quickly received a delivery of compost (no charge) to mix in with the "dirt" but I now had to talk to the client to add additional work, plus rent a mini skid steer to move the extra amount of soil.
