The Lagrein grape is native to the valleys of South Tyrol. It is a nicely balanced tannic red wine. The wine prices are very reasonable. For starters we shared a salad. For main courses I selected the Lamb chop special and my wife ordered the Goulash. Both dishes we wonderfully prepared. For dessert we shared the apple strudel. The service was very attentive throughout our meal. Overall: Excellent. Reservations are highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The space has a cozy ski lodge feel with charming Tyrol style design that makes it both rustic and comfortable. It feels refined yet relaxed, perfect after a day in the mountains. When we tried to walk in without a reservation, the hostess was sweet and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The service throughout the evening was exceptional, welcoming and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. On our first visit, we ordered the dry aged T bone, and it was hands down the best dry aged steak we have ever had. The flavor was absolutely out of this world, rich, perfectly balanced, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was unforgettable. The real truffle pasta was beautifully executed with deep, earthy truffle flavor that felt authentic and luxurious. The tartare was equally impressive, fresh, well seasoned, and elegantly presented. The desserts were simply stunning. Not only were they delicious in flavor, but the plating and presentation were works of art. Each dessert felt thoughtfully crafted, both visually and gastronomically. This place delivers on every level, atmosphere, service, quality, and presentation. Reservations are recommended. We ordered glasses of one of the local Bolzano white wines. It was strong flavor but a good selection. For starters we had the cabbage salad and the stuffed zucchini blossoms. Both were very nicely prepared. For main courses we both had pasta dishes. I had the special spaghetti pasta with truffles and my wife had the special risotto. They were both nice sized portions and were wonderfully prepared. Tubladel is a bit more expensive than some of the other ranked restaurants in Ortisei, but it is worth it. We loved our meal.

Also you can have some food here, there are some small sandwiches (fish, meet and vegetable one)... The bruschette are also very good. Questo é uno dei miei locali preferiti in città, il mood è molto tradizionale scuola veneta, i il vino è abbastanza buono e relativamente economico. Si può anche mangiare qui, ci sono dei piccoli spuntini, semplici pezzi di pane accompagnati con pesce o carne p vegetali. Qui fanno anche le bruschette che sono particolarmente buone.

He offered a few pastas and a pizza, and we ordered the bolognese and another pasta. The chef brought it out himself and chatted with us with a giant smile. The bolognese was out of this world, and the chef told us about how it takes over 18 hours to make. It was beautiful sitting outside, and when we couldn't finish our food the server joked (or possibly said in earnest!) he would keep the food in the restaurant fridge for us since we didn't have a fridge at our hotel room.
