Very attentive and knowledgeable staff who speak Italian, German and English. Great selection of wines. I had a soup as a starter and spaghetti with chanterelle mushrooms which was delicious although I thought it could use a bit more salt. The fish entry was very tasty as well. Deserts looked wonderful but we were too full to to have any. Every dish was executed beautifully. If I'm ever back in Bolzano I look forward to visiting this restaurant again.

We ordered pizza which was ok and came straight away. All other dishes went from bed to wrest. The lack of communication led the a very disappointing dinner. Service was terrible and the plates came out without any order or separation between the courses. In a nutshell, don't come in if you don't speak Italian or German. Otherwise expect to eat whatever comes out from the kitchen with no ability to communicate to the staff. The owner is only interested in being paid and is not open to any discussion. The one star is only for the pizza
