This time James told me that he would come personally after his 1 pm meeting. No James. No call. I then found another company, ITsolutions2go. Mike sent an email that he received my message and would call soon. He did indeed call. He said that Sean would come the next day at 12:30 pm to do the repair. Sean showed up precisely at 12:30 pm. He completed the repair in a short time and then did some other work for me. The cost was about 60% of what the Netwise/Netlyphe was charging, but most importantly, they kept their word.
