Anyway mine stopped working (charging) and I was hunting for a "recommended service center" which the company that makes it assured me would be able to help. I had already figured out that I needed a new battery by using the manual. She said she carries batteries for mowers and once I insisted the trimmer needed a battery as well she said she could order one but the third time she got rude I'd had enough. I got tired of her pointing out she was the owner as well. Basically she treated me like most men do, that I don't know what I am talking about. They also have an enormous power equipment showroom, with Hustler mowers (and a few other brands) and power equipment such as Shindaiwa and Echo.
