Now this pains me to give Ollie's (one of my favorite places to find deals on food, household…read moreitems, books, and great DVD sets for cheap) a two star. I have been to this particular Ollie's 2-3 times now, and each time it seems to get worse and worse rather then better. Disappointing. :( Upon entry at this particular location at around 6:30 pm on a weekday, I found absolutely no front staff to assist me. I searched all register areas, hoping to find anyone possible in the restocking area towards the front as well....still no person to be found. I finally noticed one of the staff members come in from the outside to ask my question to of where a particular item was that I have always found prior at this store. However, she didn't seem to know what I was referencing, and finally I just had to give up on receiving any sort of "help" from staff all together. Doubly Disappointing to say the least. Overall, this store is the most unorganized poorly run Ollie's I have ever shopped at. I waited to write this review until I witnessed the same sort of disorganization every time I came to shop. Though I will say the young adult (male) who rang up my items had a good attitude and was able to check me out at the register pretty quickly. Where he was when I first came into the store I will never know. They must be seriously understaffed or possibly people are taking breaks all at the same time?! Lol. Whatever the case, I strongly believe corporate needs to step in and take the extra time and effort to do some much needed retraining and assistance to staff to they more fully know how to stay at their designated places at the front and the stocking staff needs to get on it so they can have the organization this store absolutely needs so we customers can more fully enjoy our shopping experience and see all the wonderful items Ollie's has to offer. If these steps are taken within this store, I believe it will ensure a stronger repeat customer base!

Nicely decorated, products attractively laid out, good looking displays in front of the window, pleasant music playing softly in the background. The clothing was well organized and the nicer clothing that would be appropriate for job interviews and more formal occasions was located separately from the other clothing, creating a boutique-type feel. I felt hopeful, relaxed and pampered while shopping there, but no more. It WAS very welcoming and I was looking forward to browsing and buying today. The moment I stepped inside, my enthusiasm immediately disappeared. Now the inside looks like some random building that someone just threw a bunch of junk in. Plus, I ripped a hole in my shirt when I brushed against one of their shelves. This is such a shame. Why take such a lovely, welcoming place and strip it down to nothing? This was a place that made you feel good to shop in and now you just feel like you are rifling through junk in some hot, vacant building. This is NOT going to draw customers. This is NOT going to make people want to spread the word about their shopping experience. For the past few months, I have been going in regularly & telling everyone how great it was, but now I won't be doing that. It is such a shame too. I wanted to give it less stars, but the staff is so nice, I felt that it would be unfair to them. I am sure I will still shop there, but it probably won't be my first choice anymore. This sucks

Friday and Saturday seem to be more overwhelming for me as far as how crowded it is. So you won't catch me here on these days. But if you want good stuff that's higher value this is when it's available. This is definitely a get in where you fit in kind of situation. Everyone is doing their own thing and it's busy. There are bins in the center and off to the side they have regular priced items. You can literally find anything in here. From clothes, electronics, home decor, pet items, baby stuff. Some items are broken so pay close attention. I found a shiatsu massager, a speaker, a white noise machine, and so many other things. This place gets my adrenaline pumping. Definitely check them out!!

The items for sale were mostly boxed in their original packaging, but of course, some packages were opened with merchandise hanging out of them. I was overwhelmed at the process. There are so many people in there that it reminds me of a New York street flea market. The checkout line was long, but it moved well. There were store employees to help you if you had questions about the pick and pay process. My friends loved it and bought as much as they could. They were happy about the low prices, and they enjoyed the shopping process. If you are in the mood for pulling and picking for the best prices on clothes, small appliances, houseware, furniture than this store is the place to go to get great deals. Great for new homeowners, new apartment purchases, birthdays, holidays, etc. Please read the other reviews for more details on the daily specials and tips for picking. I was personally overwhelmed and had to leave them shopping. My friends were so happy that they took me to Krispy Kreme to repay me for the ride, so it was a win-win for all of us.
