We returned and went to east coast appliance bought a much cheaper oven that was even better than the original oven bought. While at Shoreline we also bought a Hisense fridge. The ice maker has almost never worked and as of a week ago the fridge itself has stopped working. After following up as per requested there was no word from Hisense. It took me one day to get ahold of Hisense and they were speechless we were sold a fridge from 2022. But even better because Shoreline is not an authorized retailer for Hisense/Toshiba products they will not repair our fridge. Because of this review he is no longer willing to even work with my husband and I to attempt to repair this fridge.

We were sold on a 12' x 32' building with 3/4" tongue and groove pressure treated flooring as being…read morethe best option for longevity back in September with an understanding that the building would need to be done by the end of the year. The Suffolk, VA location stated that that flooring would be best to prevent potential termite and burrowing bee issues. It is now December and production still has not been started. Additionally, once the issue has been brought up about the length of time, the Suffolk, VA location is stating that the option that they stated as being "the best" when they sold us the building is junk and we should not use the 3/4" tongue and groove pressure treated flooring and instead go with standard plywood flooring and they will put tyvek under the flooring just so they can start production. So instead of saying your order fell through the cracks they are saying use the cheaper stuff so we can start to prevent you from canceling even though we know that option is not the best option. This blatant false advertising and selling tactic is B.S. The Suffolk, VA location is just trying to get us to say yes in order to prevent us from canceling and going with another company that can keep its word. ---------------------------------------------------------------- *Update* The operations manager has reached out and corrected the issues and offered a compromise that is reasonable and further understanding into the issues. Although, I believe if they are not able to reliably source a specific material, they should no longer offer it in order to not have recurrences of issues in the future.

Fantastic. He finds antiques or makes new pieces from reclaimed wood and can pretty much make anything you'd like. There are pre-made items inside for sale or you can commission something.
