I've seen Jessica Haynes Ellen mcGinley and Stacey i cannot remember her last name but i believe she's a nurse practitioner these woman are literally amazing ive never felt so seen and heard before when it comes to my reproductive health organs. I'm so happy I made the switch from Cooper to OB/GYN Sewell. Also their staff is so nice and friendly as well. i never feel judged or rushed. And if there's an emergency they will make sure you are seen asap.

Even though Jefferson health had bought them out a couple years ago they cannot compare to the quality of Jefferson health in Philadelphia. I have been dealing with Jefferson Health for the last couple years and every time I try to go to a new doctors office in Sewell or Turnersville it's seriously lacking in professionalism and patient quality care. I had a problem with a bill from this gynecologist building and I called The first time and got put on hold for 10 minutes, then I hung up and tried to recall two more times and nobody would answer. Then i called the last time and finally got somebody. The receptionist was friendly but, there was so much background noise going on somebody (or 2) was laughing and talking and I truly believe the receptionist wasn't paying attention when I was trying to ask questions with all that background noise going on. I told her about my issue with the bill and they acted like they couldn't look in my file to see what test was ordered. After explaining my issue with my bill and how the doctor did not Explain the test that I got that appointment day and if it was really covered in my insurance. And the thing is I have one more thing that I got to get done through this place and i'm still debating, because I'm afraid they're gonna mess up my bill through that. After everything is complete I'm going back to my old gynecologist. I'm so disappointed in the Jefferson Healthcare in the Sewell, NJ area.

Once Nancy the nurse practitioner joined the practice, the whole office became a shit show. Now you're a number, the front office staff is rude and unprofessional. When you do have a genuine problem you will be told "it's normal, every woman goes through this". When in reality, you know your body best and thank god I went elsewhere because what Nancy said was "normal" was VERY far from normal and needed surgery. Do yourself and your body a favor and go elsewhere.

I got my IUD here as well. The people at the front desk greets everyone when they walk in and very nice. The entire staff is great. Even the person that checks my weight and walks me back to my room is happy and asks me how my day is. I request Breanna when I schedule my appointments. I'm just recently in perimenopause stage of my life and there as so many ups and downs. I always have a list of questions for her that aren't always Gyno related and she's always more than willing to hear me to try help and/or give me advice. I put that girl's brain to work! I try to go the most natural way when trying to fix different things going on with my chemistry and she is supportive. Even though us women hate our exams, Breanna never makes me feel uncomfortable. I absolutely recommend this facility.

When attending my prenatal appointments the practitioners often forgot my previous health information, were unsupportive when reviewing results of screening tests with patients, and were rude when attempting to get clarification about questions that I had. When attempting to have a specific practitioner removed from my medical team, I was informed that this person was the only employee that reviewed test results with patients and if I removed them due to negative experiences that I had during appointments, that I would receive a delay in receiving my test results moving forward. I would not recommend this facility.

It seemed as though I was seeingg a different dr. at every prenatal vist1!Even when my appointment was with Diane Reyonds the midwife that I had seen for years they would bump me to someone else!I thought this was ridiculous considering the fact that my pregnacy was HIGH RISK! During my two previuos pregnancies I was not even high rish but was always able to see Diane! I also had a sitution in which I was losing weight and not sleeping well!Because I kept seeing different Doctors each one had a different opinion about my condition !The WORST was a Dr. named Dr.Liber she was terrible!! I was very happy overall with my visit (and it's very rare that I'm actually happy with medical encounters!) She took lots of time to talk with me in detail about my medical history. I have a history of ovarian cysts and she carefully laid out my options for me. Although she said that surgery may be an option for me, she assured me that she was not an aggressive surgeon and that the choice is up to me. She went over all of the pros and cons of different options. I was just so impressed by the amount of time she devoted by talking to me. I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend her!
