Alan rang me up before they got busy and his two co-workers lended a hand to get me in and out using the order by phone option. Manager told me to drive back for a refund at 10 pm at night I drive back and am told I will not be getting a refund. As I inform the workers I will be calling the cops the manager suddenly can show up. She shows up being rude and accusing me of being the issue and saying my car was faulty. However before I got there I was told I getting a refund before I drove all the way back. After arguing and calling the police for several minutes the manager finally told me she could just pull the cash from the drawer and refund me. A simple option that would have avoided these employees unnecessary drama and the need for police enforcement over something so stupid.
