What a neat space! I've been wanting to try this place for ages because I love wine and seeing old…read morespaces given new life. There is street parking right in front of the building with a steep set of stairs to enter. I was told there is also a ramp on the other side of the building to make it accessible. When you first walk in, it isn't 100% clear which way to go (although any of the ways ultimately lead you into the main church room). I had never been, so I asked the person behind the bar about the history of the winery and the space. It turns out he is the owner so he had a lot of information to give. I learned about the founding of the winery, the old space up the road, the renovations to the church space and their wine production (like where they get their grapes). I ended up sampling four different wines before I settled on the glass that I chose. There are a variety of seating options, including some with a more lounge feel (couches on what used to be the altar). I visited on a Thursday night and it was fairly quiet. They were offering a chicken parmesan meal that sounded (and looked) delicious, but I had already eaten. During Lent, they have seafood specials on Friday nights. In addition to wine, they also had beer, cider and mixed drinks as options. This would be a great place for a date night or a girls night out. I'll definitely be back!

I started out with a Cranberry Mule. It was delicious and I enjoyed it immensely. We got pasta and chicken parmesan as our meals. It was fine, but was nothing great. There was live music that added to the evening.

We had an exceptional time here. We came in on a Wednesday night and they do close at 8 o'clock and…read morethey will kick you out promptly at nine. The history behind the cidery is actually really cool so suggest you take a walk around look at the pictures on the wall, and then the names of some of the cider will make more sense. The gentleman who is assisting was really insightful and helping me select some sliders. They have a large selection that ranges from super dry to super fruity. They do have a small selection of guest tap beers as well in case you have somebody in your party who prefers beer. They have several bottles and cans. You can purchase as well with the average bottle being around $20. While they do have some indoor seating, the majority of their seating is outside and they've got a huge space where you can bring a large group and relax. It does appear that they have a tap bar outside, but it wasn't open when we were there. They do have a kitchen, but it is only open on the weekends. I started with the blackberry cider - fruity, a little sweet but full of blackberry flavor. I then switched to the ginger and it's like drinking ginger ale almost! It was so good I got two bottle to take home! It is located in a neighborhood and right across the street from a park area. This also means that parking can be a little bit challenging to find.

The kitchen is being remodeled so we will just have to come back to try some grub. Great bartender out on the patio - she shared that there are more taps inside. Can't wait to return!
