I spoke to one agent, then made an appointment to have calls with others. The Cal Agents called me, and in less than a minute I realized it was someone from a Philippine call center. What a slap in the face. Outsourcing is a hot button issue, and I will NEVER share personal information with someone overseas, but also: WHY? Are they too busy for a two minute call to make that connection? Introduce themselves? Answer relevant questions? And perhaps MOST CLOYING: is this the same company that employs those same call centers to make masked cold calls asking to buy our property? HARD PASS.

Edit: after posting my 1 star review (which was 3 days after the original emails), I was called immediately and told there is no office and no way to show my ID other than to upload a picture of it online. While the person I spoke with was nice, there was no solution. If you want to view one of their listings you have to put your private info online, unfortunately. I recently had my identity compromised and am extra careful now about what I put online. While I completely understand that management companies need to vet the people viewing their properties, not being able to have an in-person option makes me uncomfortable, personally.

I found it to be a bit misleading, and not as straightforward as it seems. First, ensure that your income before the application date meets the 3.5 income requirement. Secondly, they request a deposit, which shouldn't be asked if the application is gearing towards a declined decision . Yes, the funds are refunded, but why ask for a deposit if you know the application will be rejected? Lastly, what's the purpose of processing applicants through the application or pre-approval process if you're aware of their circumstances beforehand? The application fee is $40.00 per applicant. Again, this is merely my personal experience. Since I am at peace with the fact that I will not be reconsidered in the future, I feel comfortable sharing this information with complete transparency.
