From the very beginning, they demonstrated a deep understanding of my case and worked tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome. Cliff's extensive knowledge and strategic thinking, combined with Jordan's compassionate and thorough approach, made me feel confident and well-represented throughout the entire process. Their dedication and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. I was so lost and hurt after the accident but when I got in touch with the Kelly law team, they reassured me that it would all be okay. They help me not only get the medical help I needed but they truly cared about me and made me feel supported throughout the whole process. Whenever I had questions, they never hesitated to answer quickly and effectively. This is a team that will do everything they can for you, they are the best in the valley! I highly recommend Cliff, Jordan, and the entire Kelly Law team to anyone in need of exceptional legal representation. Thank you for everything! Ellie Reid

To tell…read moreyou the truth, it was hands-down, one of the best recommendations I have ever received. let's start off with the communication. when I first called, I believe the receptionist took my information and she let me know that Mr. Kelly would be reviewing my information and would give me a call.... And he did. He let me know at the end of our conversation that my point of contact would be a gentleman/paralegal named Trent and if I ever had any questions or concerns that I could reach out to him. Within days Trent reached out to me and started to get the process rolling on all of my medical needs. Through months of counseling and medical treatment Trent was always calling me to check on how I was doing and genuinely cared about my well-being, to me it was so much more than just business, and that meant the world to me, Mr. Kelly, you have a rockstar in Trent!! My ending result was one that I was very happy with and I will send any loved one that needs a firm who is passionate, understanding and truly cares, to the Kelly Law Team. Thank you guys!!

In fact, the opposite is true, that I did not have to speak with police. Mike explained my rights. In my emotional state, I needed the clear details that he gave me about how to protect rights and invoke my right to remain silent if questioned by the police. Mike explained and simplified the details. With one phone call, he alleviated the fears I was experiencing. Mike is an honest attorney. He gave me a clear evaluation of the situation. If I need his services, which he told me I did not need at the time (an honest attorney!), I will call Mike Munoz. I trust him to protect my life. Thank you, Mike! You do not know how much your comments mean to me! The best attorney ever with lucid explanations!

By 4:20 I'd yet to hear anything so I called & was told he was running behind on his previous phone call & was understanding. 4:45 hit & I was not nearly as understanding bc my thoughts are "I'm gonna let someone have my back in court that won't have my back for a phone consultation??" I then called again & was told (by the person that answers the phone) that she texted him to remind him of the 4:30 appointment. 4:30?!?!? I was told 4. She then told me he's still on the phone & I expressed to her that I was very irritated because I waited around my phone for something that was scheduled. Hello! I schedule calls & appointments too, the difference is I show up to mine. I decided that I did not want to hire someone that is unorganized with their call system because who knows where all of my court docs will go - could be scattered in several folders. To end the story I was never called at all yesterday & when I called today he was in court & I was told that it's "busy season". I was then told today (the day after not having my appointment followed through with) that I was being rude with expressing how frustrated I was. I wasn't rude, I wasn't vulgar - I was honest. Munoz defended himself saying was a "nice guy" & per reviews I see that, but I was not treated well by him. No apology for missing my consultation & no apology when I cracked a joke saying "you're the most difficult guy to get in contact with" rather he had a condescending attitude stating "yeah, we're a really busy attorneys office". Seems rather prideful to me with no apology whatsoever. Set people up with expectations because we also have a life outside of yours.

I recently received an open container ticket which I later found to be a criminal offense! not wanting that on my record I fronted Lopez $4,000 to reduce to a traffic ticket or go away. everything was great, until it wasn't. on the morning of my day in court "attorney Derek" shoves paperwork for me to plead guilty to the open container charge with a $750 fine- exactly. what I could have walked in myself and received. Zero effort on their part produced zero results for me. my efforts to contact to negotiate at least a partial refund have been ignored to this point. if at any point prior to the final moments before court they had informed me of my situation I would have had time to make clear decision, they did not. I strongly suggest anyone looking for legit legal counsel look. to someone else. Dennis Summers

From the first consultation with Stuart and his team, I felt at ease and they helped me with the mess that my previous lawyer had left in my lap. I had some special circumstances regarding my divorce, but Stuart stepped up and made everything very easy to handle. He and his team were very communicative, worked hard to get my case settled, and ultimately were great sources of peace during a rough period of my life. Despite having moved out of state after I separated, Stuart made sure everything was taken care of and that I was made aware of court dates well ahead of time, also ensuring they'd be online so I wouldn't need to fly back. I highly recommend this team, as they made an already stressful situation that much easier to handle thanks to their professionalism.

Instead, I found myself navigating critical safety concerns largely on my own. When I asked for assistance with filing an Order of Protection, I was told that "wasn't what I hired him for." That moment revealed something I did not expect to discover in a lawyer: an unwavering belief in the limits of his role, even when a child's safety was central to the case. Throughout my engagement, important evidence I provided was not presented, court preparation was minimal, and communication about procedures was unclear. I repeatedly found myself unsure of what had been filed, what had been argued, or what to expect in hearings that determined my child's day-to-day reality. What made this even more disorienting was the tone of some of the commentary I received. Rather than focusing on legal strategy or documented concerns, discussions veered into personal territory -- including remarks about hormones and "rabbit holes" -- which felt dismissive during an already stressful time. Financially, I was billed for work that did not translate into courtroom action, clarity, or preparation. The imbalance between cost and tangible representation left me asking a question no parent should have to ask while paying for counsel: "Am I actually being represented?" I'm sharing this so other parents understand what I wish I had known: a lawyer can be physically present and yet functionally absent. Family court is not theoretical. It involves children, safety, and irreversible outcomes. Clients deserve a legal advocate who sees the gravity of that -- not someone who treats concerns as detours. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

The McGill Law Firm - Family Law Attorney Patrick McGill

    The McGill Law Firm

This is an honest, heartfelt review from the other side of the table. My divorce was just…read morefinalized this week. I chose not to get an attorney, my ex chose this firm. Because I didn't have an attorney, Mr. McGill could deal with me directly. Therefore, as not his client, I can tell you what the experience was like as the "other" party. I am paying the attorney's fees, so I feel as though I have a right to voice my opinion here. There is a reason I personally don't hire lawyers, this experience was the epitome of why. In my humble opinion, it is all about the "billable hours." Communication was always polite and mostly professional, however, I had to constantly push for information and answers. I asked the same questions on a regular basis from mid May to early July. I finally got the answers to those questions in Mid July. I completely understand that my ex had major decisions to make, however, they were pretty simple questions in my mind, based on what we both knew to be true. They may very well have been huge decisions on my ex's part, however, there were other things I was offering to do that more than made up for what I was asking about. Mr. McGill would ask me the same questions over and over again, when I had already answered them several times, this was annoying. What kind of lawyer doesn't document the responses in a way that he can refer back to them? Maybe it is a lawyer thing. Maybe it is just me, I am a record keeper and I document everything I can in black and white, as proof of what has been said and done. I understand that my ex wasn't his only client, however, wasn't there a file laying around somewhere with my answers noted? Didn't he have my original paperwork to refer to, where his questions were answered BEFORE he asked them? I understand wanting clarification, however, my responses were the same each and every time. It was all very repetitive, and quite frankly annoying. This is where my opinion on billable hours comes in. Our dozens of email exchanges probably padded his fees. At the end came the Consent Decree. The wrong dates and counties were noted on the draft submission. Seriously, you don't know what year it is or what county the proceedings are taking place in? More billable hours for revisions? I was eternally grateful that the final draft was sent to me last Tuesday, I got my signature notarized, emailed the page back to him that same day, and then there were crickets.....I finally asked on Monday when the papers would be filed with the court. He told me one of his "runners" was taking them to the courthouse on Tuesday morning. Thankfully the Judge's clerk emailed me confirmation that the Judge had signed the papers that same day while cancelling the scheduled resolution conference, otherwise I would have had to wait for confirmation for god only knows how long. With something this important, there is a ton of stress and lost sleep. Emotions are high and lives are literally on hold. Communication solves a lot of that. I don't know, maybe he was in constant communication with my ex. Keep in mind, Patrick McGill owes me nothing, I was not his client, but I am paying his bill. I felt as though he drug his feet through the entire process. My ex and I didn't disagree about anything from the beginning. It was really a very simple transaction, there was no arguing back and forth, neither of us were trying to stick it to each other. He and I have no ill will towards each other. My ex has been paid his half of the equity on our house, the two debts of his that I offered to, and promised to pay off have been paid off. The Consent Decree stated that those needed to be paid within 30 days of the Judge signing. Done, Done, and Done. The only debt left for me to pay off is Mr. McGill's bill, I am still waiting to actually get a physical copy of that. This didn't need to take 4 months to complete, it could have been done a long time ago, for a lot less money. Again, this is just my opinion. We all know the saying about opinions..... Thank you for reading, and take this for what it is, my personal opinion.
