An order put in, the actual food, the check, another drink...you get the picture. The second night was even worse. The waitress told us "one second" at least 4 times before she actually took our order. Like I said though the pizza itself is yummy! We got a few different ones and they were all great. For an allergic person like me it is quite a sad change in the rules). For tapas, we chose a seasonal tapa of fried (in olive oil) artichokes with a dollop of whipped mascarpone (5 out of 5). Breaded Chicken hamburger with goat cheese and tomato was a disappointment. Very thin piece of chicken, deep fried ( ie very dry), the only tasty piece in this burger was a slice of warm goat cheese. It came with old, dry French fries. Hamburger was a little bit better but still.... ( 3 out of 5 for burgers). Service was 3 out of 5, it took us some time to get attention of a waitress to take our order, it was obvious how they were avoiding eye contact . The pasta at Miti Di Palma was exceptional and the service could not have been better. Antonio was our host and he was very kind and attentive throughout the evening. We had a delicious caprese salad and two of the best pasta dishes I have ever tried. My wife had the carpaccio (I may be mixing up that name) and I requested the tagliatelle. Both plates were perfectly done with al dente noodles and just the right amount of rich, mouth-watering sauces. Personally, this was one of my favorite pasta dishes ever! Antonio was very kind to chat with us, share stories, and help me practice my broken Spanish (and Italian!). He offered us a limoncello after the check that was soooo tasty (but also strong; watch out!). In summary, come here for the food and enjoy the great service when you arrive.
