Price transparency is important to me, and at the very end I was charged exactly what I booked. My stylist was Mikayla, and she was incredibly meticulous/detail-oriented. She spent about 4.5 hours perfecting my Full Highlights, and I never felt like she was rushing through any part of the process. During the consultation, I felt heard. She listened to what I wanted without any judgment or pressure to steer me toward a different outcome. Instead, the conversation felt collaborative, with explanations that helped me make informed decisions. I know for some, having to chat for all that time may be daunting.
