    I purchased a TV from Walmart. On Walmart website, there is an option to select…read moremounting/installation service for $79, which is paid at the time of purchase. So, I purchased the service and was sent confirmation that a Hello Tech would make contact with me to schedule the install. On September 24, 2024, I received the email requesting that I select the date and time to install. I selected the evening of September 24, 2024, from 6pm to 8pm. Approximately two hours later the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Because Walmart site indicates no refund on mounting services, I made contact with Hello Tech via phone. I was advised that my location was outside of their service area. They didn't even mention refunding my money. When I asked about the money I had already paid, I was advised that it would take 4 to 6 weeks before a check could be sent out to me, or 7 to 14 days by PayPal. I requested the PayPal method of reimbursement. As of date, I have not received my money. Why would you accept a job, take the money, then say you do not service the area. I ended up paying another company to mount my television, while I continue to wait on my refund. This service (or lack of service) is terrible; I would not recommend Hello Tech to anyone.

The router is bad but to get to that point Julians methodical mindset went through multiple steps before coming to that conclusion. I'm pretty patient but his demeanor was exemplary and shows he really like what he does and cares about people. I would recommend him for future assignments and to my friends as well.

And yesterday,my phone was just a blurry! Soooo,I go to T Mobile(said Internet down) brushed me off,as the manager walked in,she angrily snatched the sign down...THE MANAGER & SALESMAN said it was my fault, internal damage,tho they could find none! I asked where's Verizon!!!? Went there, explained,Mr.Travis Poundmore was awesome! In 2 minutes,he handed my phone back working great,AND NO MORE CRACKS!!!!? He'd peeled the(broken up) plastic off the screen,If not done! WOW!!! T-Mobile can blow me!!! Definitely with Verizon now,a long with my family...T Mobile,hire a white person, they're TRULY THE ONLY HELP...THO I HATE TO SAY THAT! BUT THEY TREATED ME LIKE SHIT,TRIED TO MAKE ME BUY ANOTHER 300$ PHONE!! And I don't like being cussed....In English or Ebonics!!! Fuckin ignorant idiots!     This store has very poor customer service! Especially Felicity she's racist & does not like to help…read moreminorities with their accounts. I went in to simply do an upgrade ...gave her my license & she said that I wasn't listed on the account...then stated oh your with Sprint not TMobile. When the sign on the door clearly says Sprint is now TMobile! Then another worker tried to explain that the registers are different & she was just as rude! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!!! Went to the TMobile in EastChase & had a totally different experience!
