She made the entire process of setting up our family trust incredibly easy and stress-free. We started with a consultation to discuss our wishes, which took about thirty minutes. They were booked out, so it took roughly two months for the trust to be prepared and ready for signatures. Our final signing appointment lasted about an hour and a half. We made a few last-minute changes, additions, and everything was handled smoothly. Having an on-site notary made the signature process quick and convenient. Jennifer also took the time to walk us through each section of the trust and explain what everything meant. She makes sure your entire estate is thoroughly covered from A to Z so your assets go where they should. There may be cheaper or faster options out there, but the level of care, detail, and professionalism Jennifer provides is well worth the wait. I highly recommend her.

Our trust & estate lawyer retired and we had been looking for another T&E attorney. Luckily, one of…read moreour friends directed us to Connie. We reached out to Connie (I think we called her or submitted a request via her website ) and she responded promptly (she is busy so the initial Zoom meeting may take a couple of weeks). In any event, in all our interactions, Connie was responsive, practical, knowledgeable, efficient and just a lovely person (funny too). I should mention that my spouse and I had a short time frame to revise our revocable family trust (along with wills, advanced directives, and power of attorney) and Connie understood and met our time constraints. One night she sent a draft of the revised trust at 1:30 in the morning. If we reached out to her at 9 in the morning, she'd respond promptly as well (within a couple of hours if that). Connie also understood our questions/concerns and provided clear and concise responses (whether via Zoom or by email). We really appreciated Connie's thoughtfulness, diligence, and assistance. I have recommended Connie to our friends. Btw, Connie's fee structure is very reasonable for the services provided. She is also forthright and, if you ask her, she will just tell you, this is what my services will cost. I do feel the need to rebut the one bad review (JW's review). What a strange review. Why would you want an attorney to provide services in an area in which they lack expertise? To me, JW's review is evidence of Connie's honesty and, quite frankly, JW should be thanking Connie for being ethical (vs some charlatan that responds with pay me and I'll give you advice in an area I know nothing about). As an attorney, the law is complex. You do not want someone to give you advice in area in which they lack expertise (sort of like, you would not want an ophthalmologist to conduct your heart surgery--just saying). Anyhow, an example of Connie's expertise: I go, hey Connie, why did you include this language, seems to limit protection against a wayward trustee who, in theory, could steal the assets of the trust (she gave a precise and clear answer). I do actively dislike critical reviews that are baseless. My personal experience with Connie was excellent. My spouse thought so too.

When I first reached out, I was in a fragile state navigating a divorce involving domestic violence. Even though he wasn't able to take my case, he generously offered a free consultation where he not only helped validate my overall approach, but also showed genuine compassion and understanding. What stood out was his willingness to go a step further--he helped me sanity-check the lawyer I was planning to hire, which gave me much-needed confidence in my next steps. Six months later, when I found myself struggling with a lack of responsiveness from my attorney and growing concerned about delays, I reached out again to see possible options and if switching lawyer would be necessary. Once again, he was incredibly generous with his time. He didn't just listen--he provided clear, practical strategies that helped me re-engage my lawyer effectively. As a result, my case moved forward and was ultimately resolved within two months. One time, I was so stuck, Angelo called me immediately when he saw my message without any charges. I also really appreciated how thoughtful and efficient he was in preparing for the consultations. The information he requested ahead of time ensured that our conversations were focused and made the best possible use of investment made. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help--even without taking on the case--truly set him apart.
