I should mention that my spouse and I had a short time frame to revise our revocable family trust (along with wills, advanced directives, and power of attorney) and Connie understood and met our time constraints. One night she sent a draft of the revised trust at 1:30 in the morning. If we reached out to her at 9 in the morning, she'd respond promptly as well (within a couple of hours if that). Connie also understood our questions/concerns and provided clear and concise responses (whether via Zoom or by email). We really appreciated Connie's thoughtfulness, diligence, and assistance. As an attorney, the law is complex. You do not want someone to give you advice in area in which they lack expertise (sort of like, you would not want an ophthalmologist to conduct your heart surgery--just saying).
