TLDR; hire them [ASAP] if you were hit on your motorcycle or scooter…read more I was hit on my 2001 Vespa ET4 (a real beauty) by someone who was texting while driving. For three months I tried to deal with the insurance company myself. My Vespa was totaled and I had hospital bills. I just wanted what was fair. When the insurance told me they'd cover 70%, I called Russ Brown. Sadly, as a female motorcyclist (yes; Vespa riders have a Class M1) I am not taken seriously. From the jump, everyone at Russ Brown validated my anger and wanted to advocate for me. Clearly, they ride motorcycles, and they just get it (iykyk). All I wanted was a chance to get a new Vespa and my bills paid. In (barely) two month, Russ Brown did just that, plus put an extra $15K in my pocket. Alan is the one who deals with property damage. He is a no nonsense type of guy and I know insurance companies hate to see him coming. Daniel is the one who deals with the personal injury side of things. Daniel is sympathetic and wanted to make sure I got the max amount possible (which I did). The rates they charge are industry standard, and fair given the amount of work they put in. Important: Everyone at Russ Brown communicates all the need-to-know information; I was never kept in the dark but I also wasn't inundated with anything unnecessary. I know it's a small thing, but they also sent me stickers with my check(s). They were all female-centered. A nice little attention to detail; proving to me they actually care about their clients. My only regret is I didn't hire them right away.

Extremely unprofessional attorneys. They made large mistakes on my case. actual legal mistakes. Now…read morethey are handling a friend's case and he's dealing with that same stuff. I wouldn't trust these people with something so important. Look at other options. And no matter what they say they hit you with thousands in fees even after they take 33%.
