TERRIBLE company. DO NOT use this company. Not only were they late for the ceremony after REPEATED notifications about the route, confirmed they noted it, then showed up 25 minutes late to the ceremony with part of the wedding party. Absolutely terrible customer service, no reimbursement for nearly ruining the wedding, and incredible rude office staff. I would NEVER recommend this company for any event whatsoever. In the service industry customer service is key and BVIP has zero. Tommy took my reservation and wrote it up for the wrong date. Let's consider this human error as I also missed it on the contract that I agreed to. One week before my planned trip I get a text from the driver that he's roughly an hour out. I immediately called him and the office to inform them that they were a week early and my trip was for the following Saturday. I wouldn't consider that a last-minute cancellation as I wasn't planning for that date and I clearly wasn't prepared with all my guests. The office lady told me I would have to speak with Tommy on Monday and that's when he pretty much told me I was SOL and out my $900. Let me tell you what a delight he is to work with (sarcasm). I tried to explain to him that it's simply human error on both our parts so what can we do about still getting the bus for the correct night. He about blew a gasket and started telling me how he didn't do anything wrong and this was all my fault. I told him, you are correct I signed the contract and missed the error but they are the ones who wrote the contract up for the wrong date to begin with. I asked to speak with the owner, Vicki, over a dozen times and not once would he let me. He continued to be condescending and told me he had every call recorded and not once did I mention the 21st to him. Out of the dozen calls I had with this company, the only recorded call they would offer me was the original call were I called and asked for a booking and they said Tommy would call back to discuss pricing. How come they won't share the 31 minute call where I did the negotiations and booked the actual trip?! Let me guess, because it would prove that I asked for the 21st but the contract was written for the 14th. Once again, human error but own it as any reputable business would. You don't treat your customers like pieces of shit and expect any return service from them or anyone they know! Please pay a few extra dollars and book with a reputable company that'll work with you in the event of a mistake as mistakes do happen. read more

This company stole $500 from us! Do not use them!!!!! I put a hold on for a date and canceled before they even sent me the contract and they refused to refund, or exchange for another service. BVIP Limo has fallen well short of expectations. Due to the unforeseen and terrible circumstance of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ohio Governor ordered a stay at home order - effectively cancelling an event we had planned for my good friend in April. After emailing BVIP they said they would get back to us with options. 2 weeks later their response came back..." we are allowing you to cancel and re-use any money for a future service by 10/1/2020". As everyone can imagine, rescheduling an event for 18 individuals, most of whom are out of state, is impossible especially as the uncertainty of COVID-19 lingers. The most troubling part of BVIP's decision to keep our deposit was the following phrase "we are all in this together". This comment is preposterous and is a slap in the face to businesses around Ohio that are doing the right thing. We paid money for a service that could not be rendered with a lousy 6 months to reschedule. After pleading with BVIP for a change of heart, they have not answered multiple emails. Please consider your transportation company carefully. BVIP throughout the process has been mute on communication and shown no empathy for any circumstances. If this situation tells us anything it's that BVIP puts their business ahead of their customers. When the times get tough, they won't answer you. read more

Used BVIP last night for a Christmas Lights tour and it was top notch! Ken was our driver and he was AMAZING. So accommodating. So nice. So willing to do anything he could to help us have a great night. We would request you anytime we are planning another outing! The bus itself was beautiful and very clean. The hook up for the phone was Bluetooth so I wasn't chained to the system all night which was awesome. And it sounded great too! read more

Driver showed up at the exact hour delivery promised. Was told I would have driver name a few days ahead - it's more like the night before that you find out. Driver not super helpful: I asked if there was a foot ladder/step stool available for 90-year-old, told no. Later (after 90-year-old boarded bus - with much difficulty - the driver found one. That was a sad commentary on bus service and driver (we explained ahead of time ages of riders). No sense that we were paying (*A LOT*) for the bus for 6 hours. Gave explicit directions ahead of time - no one bothered to read. Twice, driver had to correct his route to meet our needs (which had been explained in writing). All in all, nice bus and on time. But I think the service could be / should be stellar, given how much you pay for this service! read more

Use caution when booking with BVIP. I called around when looking for a party bus for my son's 30 birthday and they had the best price around. I booked with them and should have read all the details of the contract . Our crowd had too much fun and someone threw up and there was a mess in the back of the bus. We were not made aware of this and we were just charged the cleaning fee . I think a phone call ahead of charging the card again would have been a nice courtesy. I called to get an explanation of the charge and I wanted to see proof of the mess or damage, I had also mentioned writing a review . A few hours later a man named Tommy called me and was immediately very defensive and likes to do majority of the talking without allowing you to speak or voice your concerns . The conversation escalated and he spewed several insults at me like "are you that hard up for 200 dollars " , "are you from planet Earth" to name a few . Then said something I can only take as threatening by saying "ohh you are lucky I am at work today " I will take ownership of the mess and i paid the charges , but I feel a phone call ahead of time would have been nice and the insults when questioning the charges are extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Just putting out this to anyone drawn to the lower rates .I would pay double the rate to not experience threats and verbal harassment. read more

Company was horrible driver was 1.25 hrs late for my son's wedding my daughter never got her pics done . Driver didn't care she was late company manager took 3 days to reply to initial complaint. Overall I was fine with the service for my wedding day. Driver was on time and professional. One thing... He forgot to pick up the bride!!!! I didn't find out until the day after when my wife told me she had to have her mother drive her. Then my father tells me that the driver spent the time he had to pick her up taking a smoke break outside of the church! We hired him for 4 hours, paid $700 plus tip, and he has to drive maybe 20 minutes of that 4 hours. I wish I didn't tip him now! I contacted the company a month ago and all I got was a p*ss poor 'sorry' and that it was forwarded to the owner. Only one mistake but that's a HUGE one. read more

Our driver was Ray! He was AMAZING! from 9:30 pick up till 3:30 he was kind and didn't mind when we needed to stop for ice or anything. ( ice is provided but we needed more ) He gave us coupons to places that we had coupons for. He dropped us off at the closes spot he could to our destination and I'm thankful because it was could out. We will be looking forward to using BVIP again. They did a great job for our group of 10 (5 moms and 5 girls). When the air conditioning wasn't working in the vehicle we booked, they proactively upgraded us to a larger limobus. The driver was sweet and punctual. Very easy communication. Will use again! read more

We rented the escalade limo for a birthday party, the driver was very nice but he didn't know how to use the music, lights or AC, & I was told if I paid him extra he would drop the desserts for our after party off while we were at dinner. I gave him $50 to take them 1/2 mile & when he picked us back up he said I figured there's enough of you to take them in ( it was only 24 cupcakes!) the limo was nice but the service was disappointing! read more

We rented a 29-person shuttle bus for our wedding this summer. The driver showed up late and then got the shuttle bus stuck in some mud (why he drove off of the driveway and into the yard, I am not sure). We had to start the wedding late so that we could send someone to pick up remaining guests at the hotel. He eventually got someone to help him get out of the mud, but at the end of the evening, he also left early! We had paid extra for an extra hour of driving and he showed up late and left early! They won't refund any money because there was a spill on the bus and they refuse to negotiate. They were the cheapest option in the area, though, so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

The driver was very punctual, courteous, and professional (ask if Willie is available!). Limo was clean and well appointed. They have very poor customer service. The day before our wedding they call and tell us we have to pay 138 dollars more than we had already paid because whoever we talked to have us wrong price so it was either pay them or have no bus. Next thing our driver was late picking us up therefore she did not get to the bridesmaids in time to pick up my wife and her girls up they did not get their pictures. And now they're giving me the run-around telling me it was my fault that there was not enough time allotted when there would have been had their driver showed up on time read more

THE WORST. Our limo did not have working windshield wipers. Our driver was nice and told us not to worry althought it was pouring at night. This was for a bachlorette party, we apparently were trying to kill the bride prior to her day. Driver gave us more time since we had to take back roads downtown- if this was a wedding I couldn't even imagine. BUT THEN I was told I would get my deposit back the following week when I called (with no apologies or discounts for the service mind you). I was told it was refunded and would be 5 business days. I wait 3 weeks and nothing. I called 4 times and was told Vicki would call me back. On my 5th call I get Vicki who tells me I was refunded yesterday and it was overlooked. Well why tell me 3 weeks before that I was refunded? I brought up this point to her and she flipped out ON ME! You lied to me about refunding my money, never called me back, and have the nerve. We booked BVIP limousine at Today's Bride Bridal Show based on their decent rates. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for! Their Cadillac Escalade limousine needed some updating. Hardly any of the electronics worked (ex. interior lighting, sunroof/moonroof, privacy window, etc.) and the small amount of ice that they provided for us was dirty! To top the whole experience off, we were 8 minutes over our reserved time and they charged us for a FULL additional hour! $193! It was very unnecessary! Pay the extra to get the service that you deserve. I would NEVER recommend BVIP to anyone. read more

We used BVIP Limo for a movement in Cleveland on July 24-26, 2015 we used two buses both days, the service was superb!, Fantastic, the drivers were early and never once rude even though we ran those buses the entire 12 hours each day without a break. The office staff, both Vicky and Katie were very nice as our group was all over the place, nothing solid, the drivers went along with it, and quite frankly, I would have said, " Wait a darn minute" But, that did not happen just, great service from start to finish, and we are a bus company in California so we know good service vs. bad service. This was the WORST service I have ever used. About 25 of our friends rented a party bus to go to a concert. The whole situation was a disaster! Someone stood up to switch seats and the driver shut the music off and break-checked everyone. Then on the way home the driver took us a completely off way to add on to the time we were paying for. We even brought up a GPS on our phone to check! Then he break checked us for being to loud over and over to the point that one of the girls busted her lip open. Finally someone went up to the driver to ask why it was taking us over 2 hours to get back when it was only a 25 minute ride and he kicked him off the bus. We then all preceded to get off the bus, call the police and file a report. When we called to talked to the manager it took him over 3 weeks to finally answer after 3 of us called many many times. we didn't get anything off of our bill nothing. My husband and I hired BVIP for our wedding and booked two services, a party bus and a shuttle. The shuttle was set up to drive our guests from the hotel to the reception hall and back afterward. We set up this service as most of our guests were from out of town and staying at the hotel - we did not want anyone drinking and driving. The party bus was perfect, awesome driver, knew where she was going, what she had to do, etc. our shuttle however was not so successful. We set up the shuttle for an hour and 15 minutes before the reception and 2 hours and 45 minutes after (from 9:15pm to midnight). Several of our guests left promptly at 9:15 pm and waited outside the hall for 15-20 minutes for the shuttle, just to find out she had been hiding in the back of the reception hall parking lot for no one to see. After one MAYBE two trips, she stopped shuttling our guests. The rest of us left the hall shortly after 10pm and waited until 10:15...10:30...10:45...11pm...no shuttle. Some of us tried calling the company but of course they do not have someone working after hours to handle such issues, nor were we provided the contact information for the driver. My husband and I ended up calling a friend to pick us up from the hall and take us to the hotel where we once again found our driver hiding in the parking lot. When approached she said she was our driver but the last group said they were the last ones. But then she told us that someone told her they needed to go somewhere else so she was waiting, which she was NOT hired to do. She was hired to shuttle from one place to the other, not to be a personal chauffer. In the mean time, my mom ended up leaving the hotel to pick up by husbands parents and then went back to get more people and our groomsman's wife was also driving people back to the hotel. So much for the shuttle we paid for right? When I called on Monday after the wedding to complain we were told they should be able to compensate us and that they'd get back to us. Well Nine days went by and we never heard a thing. Finally I called and was told they spoke to the driver and the driver informed her that she was uncomfortable with how intoxicated our guests were (Um HELLO! Why would we hire a shuttle if our guests weren't going to be intoxicated? What do they think they're hired to do?) anyway, then we were told the driver was waiting on one of our guests to change so she could go back to the reception, and then we were told that she was waiting because someone wanted to go to the gas station. So far, four different excuses as to why the driver was not shuttling our guests! I was then offered $150 gift certificate to use one of their services in the future as compensation. WHY on earth would they think I would want to use their services again? Not only did my husband and I have to find alternate transportation but so did 90% of our guests with one of the drivers being my mom. I am not okay with this! I was told that someone would be contacting me to resolve the issue but of course, I still have yet to be contacted. So now I'm REALLY angry, blasting social media with their poor services, filing a complaint with the BBB and I have filed a dispute to get my money back. Please please please DO NOT do business with this company! They are awful and their customer service is even worse. read more
