I get the to get the tint fixed and the witch behind the counter doesn't agree to past conversations with her coworker about the free tint fix/replacement, and the guy who said he'd do it for free was there and and didn't say anything to the witch about past conversation or agreements. I suggest finding business else where, because they obviously don't care about returning customers and don't care enough to be anywhere good at record keeping.

Had an appointment, dropped my vehicle off night before, filled out the night drop form but…read more.. forgot to sign it. Called them 9am next morning, talked to them about what I was needing done, before I hung up, asked them if any issues to please let me know. Said ok everything looked fine, 2 pm I get a phone call thinking it is done. That is when I'm told I didn't sign the night drop box envelope, they couldn't do anything until they had my signature. I drive up there, sign the form to be asked if I want to reschedule? Frustrated I ask why it took until 2pm to tell me this when I talked to them at 9am? Couldn't answer, said they could get me in next day, since it was there, agreed to it. Next day I get a call at 12:30 to tell me they couldn't get the 2 front tires mounted so they couldn't do the alignment but, they changed the fuel filter and air filter and I could come pick it up? I had the fuel filter and air filter changed because it was there for the alignment, both still had 22% and 18%. Neither of these needed changed, common sense would tell you that IF someone would have checked the dash but they didn't even do that to reset them after changing them? Not even sure if they really changed them because both were still same % left as when I dropped it off. 22% on air filter and 18% on fuel filter when I started it to leave. Yet they were happy to charge me over $200.00 to change to fuel filter and air filter 2020 6.6 Duramax 3500. No explanation, no apology, just a poor attitude from the service manager. I understand I failed to sign the form but, could have been handled in a much more professional manner rather than making me feel as if I inconvenienced them. Obviously they have enough business not wanting any new business. I'm new to the area, recommended by the Chevy dealership, 1st time there and was my last. Bill Hamilton

Stopped by Kohrs on a Monday afternoon to drop off my RV to have a safety inspection done. I also…read moresaid that my air conditioner on the drivers console was not blowing cool air. Kohrs had my RV for 5 days so I went to pick it up after they told me my safety inspection passed. When I went to pick it up, Brendon the Service Manager could not find my keys, after about 5 minutes of looking for my keys he found it and blamed it on not having a tag and blamed it on it falling off. OK but his excuse did not really set well with me but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. After I paid my invoice I went out to get my RV and noticed the door step was down and the front door was not shut. When I went inside the internal electrical discharge light was off so I knew the battery had drained. I went and tried to start the BV but the motor battery was dead. I did notice that the fan on the drivers side was rotating very slowly which meant that it was draining power. I went back to the office to voice my displeasure in the service that I had received. Brendon the Service Manager did not want to take responsibility for my dead battery. Even though I had purchased a new motor battery with a 5 year warranty and the previous week I had a new alternator installed, Brendon the Service Manager tried to say that there was probably something else with it. Since I had these changes done to my RV, I have no issues with batteries draining or going dead. Brendon the Service Manager was trying to talk me into spending more money to diagnose problems that were not there. Brendon the Service Manager is more interested in making as much money by scamming people than providing good service to his customers. I would highly recommend people to not be scammed by Brendon the Service Manager at Kohrs Truck and Auto Repair.
