The rooms are cozy but the high ceilings makes it feel spacious. My last 2 hotels had all been awkward suites so I was very happy in my room which had everything I needed. The daily cleaning staff was good at replenishing the tea I drank and I loved the assortment of chocolates that welcomed me. The shower /tub was a bit awkward but otherwise everything else was great. The room was quiet, the temperature easy to control - without a lot of noise with heaters / fans clicking on and off and very nice bedding, towels and thoughtful touches like slipper, robes and toothbrush. The morning breakfast is wonderful! All the staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend staying here and since I already have a return flight back to Praha in a few months, am very tempted to stay here again!

After a stressful drive from Germany with a carsick 2-year-old, he was so helpful getting everything up to the room and helped keep the kids calm. We had the good fortune to have him on checkout day, as well. He always radiated positivity, as did the other porter/concierge staff. The daily breakfast buffet was incredible. Tons of delicious (free) made-to-order options and regular buffet items. So many Christmas market and other cultural attractions to see within walking distance. Just wish we could have visited the spa. Maybe when we don't bring the kids, next time.

There is only one word that can describe The Grand Mark Prague Hotel and its staff: Flawless…read more My wife and I have traveled through Europe, Mexico and the states multiple times and have stayed at five star hotels such as Ritz, Fairmont, Four Seasons, SLS, JW Marriott, etc. This was our first time staying at an LHW affiliated hotel. We booked a Grand Deluxe Suite through AMEX Platinum travel for 10 nights and we were extremely impressed with the suite, quality of the furniture, and its amenities, everything was perfect. The cleanliness of this hotel is truly unbelievable. I tried my hardest to find any dust, but it was impeccable. The breakfast buffet, the made to order breakfast, and other food are also exceptional. And the staff are superlative: they are super professional, helpful and friendly. Overall, this is the best experience we have ever had with a hotel staff. We got to know them by first name. Bilal is the most professional and friendly hotel porter we have ever dealt with. In addition to the concierge, Bilal was very knowledgeable about the local events, provided excellent recommendations and helped us with local transportation. He spoke six languages (and here I was, proud of myself for speaking three), I would say Bilal worths his weight in gold. And on top of that, Olexandra, Clara and Andrea at the reception desk attended to every need we had. Our breakfast and the Spa staff also provided outstanding service, I recall Treza and Lucy; however, there were several others that we really appreciated their service. We had such a great experience that my wife, for the first time ever, wrote a thank you letter and handed it to the manager. And finally, the location is perfect. It is far enough from the crowd, yet only a 10-minute walk from the old town and 20-minute walk from the river. Getting around is also super easy, and there are at least five great restaurants within 50 feet from the hotel. You can also use Uber, Bolt (less expensive than Uber) or the metro system to get around. We mostly used Bolt and tried the metro system once just to experience it. The metro system was very efficient and clean. Overall, it was simply an exceptional experience in all ways.

COST: Very reasonable for the quality of the room & service. I'm not entirely sure if the layout is the same for all rooms, but ours included a king size bed, a safe, a spacious bathtub, a fantastic rain shower head, bathrobes, and comfortable slippers. Everything had a modern feel, since the hotel was built fairly recently (2016). (Note that the bathroom is all tinted glass, so you can see through all of it, including the toilet door. Fine for couples, but perhaps not for friends, haha.) LOCATION: Easy walking distance to Old Town Square & pretty much any mini-market store or restaurant you may need, while still remaining quiet at night. If you're going further out, the hotel is on a one-way street with just enough room for a cab or Uber to pull over and pick you up. (We never had an issue with finding an Uber driver -- usually maximum 5 minute wait.) CLEANING SERVICE: Wonderful -- I'm not sure if it's because we left a tip every time (around $4 USD) or if it's their standard level of service, but the cleaner definitely went above & beyond, including organizing our toiletries. CONCIERGE SERVICE: Probably the best concierge service I've ever experienced in my life -- huge kudos to Peter (not sure of the spelling?) and the other blonde guy with a mustache (sorry, didn't catch his name!). Despite our endless tourist questions, they never showed anything less than complete professionalism & friendly advice. Directions? Done. Recommendations for local restaurants that aren't tourist traps? Done. Helping us book train tickets because we weren't sure which websites were legit? Done. Truly 5-star service! The room was very nice, but I would recommend Boho to anyone just for the service -- it makes such a difference, especially to first-time travelers to Prague. CHECK-OUT TIME: As long as you call early in the morning and your late-check-out request doesn't interfere with the next guest coming in, they are flexible on this front. QUICK NOTE REGARDING SPA: We booked through Orbitz, and at the bottom of our reservation, it claims we get a free VIP spa treatment. But the concierge said unfortunately this is an error (apparently they've been trying to correct Orbitz and Expedia for 2 years). Spa areas like the sauna is free, but massage costs extra. So just an FYI there. To management: keep up the great work, recognize your amazing employees, and give them a raise! We would absolutely stay here again.

The room is a but on the small side and the TV was small but you probably wouldn't be spending much time in the room anyways. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and quick to offer help and suggestions. Take advantage of their sparkling water at the front desk upon check in, it's delicious. They even gave me a Czech vocabulary card with basic words and phrases which helped! Breakfast is included and is pretty extensive. Cappuccino to espresso, and a multivitamin juice was refreshing. Bacon, eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, fruits and a plethora of other items were offered. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

When we came home in the middle of the night after the wedding party and I needed something to put my flowers in it took 5 minutes for the staff to fix that. The breakfast is very good, fruit, coffee (love that they have an espresso machine) lot of different teas. Bread, omelette, bacon. Almost everything you wish for. Located 5-7 minutes walk from the bridge and the old town, very good to be able to go wherever you will without having to take a taxi or metro. For me, everything was within walking distance but you can take the tram or taxi to get anywhere else you would like. We stayed for two nights and our package came with breakfast. The breakfast had what you would expect from a buffet styled breakfast and had enough local specialties to keep you coming. The room we got was on the first floor and the rooms there were spacious. We got a twin double. The lighting was good and offered different kinds of mood lighting. The walls of the room seem relatively thin since we were able to hear our upstairs and next-door neighbors. This does go with the fact that we did not indeed end up hearing much of anything. There is a safe in the room that is very easy to use although relatively small compared to other ones. The bathroom is spacious and comes with amenities for you. The only one bad thing was that the roof was peeling a little bit but it is not worthy of lowering the rating. Cleaning service was very generous and gave us some toilet paper and offered to give us new towels regardless of us not asking for the room to be serviced.

I've been into plenty where there is barely room to walk around. This felt more American sized to be honest. This one had a desk and chair, and arm chair and the bathroom has a bathtub AND a separate shower. I believe this is in the Raddison family of hotels so I guess you can say there is a level of expectations that come with the name. There was free wifi in the room and around the hotel and satellite tv that had several channels in a variety of languages, not just Czech. There is a paid mini bar and a room safe. My room also included free breakfast buffet. There was a large variety of things, tons of breads and pastries. Several hot foods like bacon, sausage and three different style of eggs. Plenty of fruit. Coffee and tea. The front desk girl the night I came in was super friendly and helpful. Even told me there is a convenience store around the corner to buy anything in particular. This is my home for three nights so it was nice to have a decent place that was close to everything.

Room included: a Nespresso machine, coffee cups and glasses, a stocked mini bar fridge, a safe, robes and slippers, and iron with ironing board. We loved the regal look of our room and the high majestic ceilings. The bed was super comfortable after our long days sightseeing. Hotel is ideally situated within walking distance from Old Town, a short ten minute walk. They also do have turn down service at night, which left us sweet little chocolates on the bed. At night, we also loved unwinding by heading down to the hotel sauna, which is included in the room rate. When booking the room, we chose to include the breakfast. Can't recommend the breakfast enough as it's world class. Katerina, our waitress on most of our stay, was just a sweetheart and by the second day even had our drink order memorized--wow!! The breakfast buffet includes: scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs, bacon, sausages, variety of breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheeses, deli meats, dried fruit and nuts, coffee, fruit juices, etc. My only complaint was for somebody very sensitive to smells, the hotel uses cleaning products that are very strong. I did express my concern after we checked in and asked them not to use the products when vacuuming our room. After that, I aired out the room, and wasn't as reactive. It's something to keep in mind if you're as sensitive/allergic as I am. Other than this one complaint, we absolutely loved this hotel and would choose it again when visiting Prague!

The city public transportation system (free for seniors 65 and over) is steps from the main entrance. The breakfast buffet, included with the visit, is the best I have tasted throughout the world. Management and staff are first class, professional and friendly. A wonderfully special experience.
