Petr Bálek, the reservation & revenue manager for Hotel Paris Prague, and its general manger Pavel Branžovský, General Manager refused to refund my reservation next month during this world-wide pandemic. So much for thinking I booked a stay at a customer-focused hotel. This is the calibre of service you should expect from what was reported to be a concierge-level hotel. Instead, their attitude has been "Too bad! We got your money and you can't even get here next month." It's a mistake I'll never make again, especially when faced with the buyer beware tactic of the Hotel Paris Prague. I wrote both these gentlemen asking a refund for a hotel I can't get to by means far beyond my control. The response was basically you booked prepaid, too bad. One day, we'll all get to travel again. And when they days come, avoid the callous Hotel Paris Prague. When the world returns to calm, and it will, spend money at Marriott and/or Hilton. They care about you. Hotel Paris Prague cares only about keeping you money. Shame on them. read more
