I've gotten three different pixie styles and at least two different color applications from her, all I have been thrilled with and received many compliments about. We found out the spa there was closed on Tuesdays (the day DH wanted to play poker). So they hooked me up with this spa ($80/hr ... as opposed to the $120+/hr at the casino) -- and even gave me a shuttle ride to and from .... great concierge there! KRISTEN JENKINS was my masseuse. And I have to say, she was the second best massage I have ever had (the first was at the Hadsten House in Solvang, CA) I told her my specific needs - pains i had, injuries and ticklish spots to avoid. And told her to do what she thinks is best for me and my body. Specifically, I have a bum hip - and it had been really starting to hurt again. She worked that thing - and almost brought me to tears. I told her it hurt to which she explained the physiology of the muscles and that if I trusted her, she would help the pain. SERIOUSLY!!! I stood up afterward with NO pain -- and a week later still NO pain! I also struggle with headaches. She worked on those muscles -- miracles again! And gave me great pointers to help with the tension. I have no experience with this salon - and only with this one masseuse --- but HIGHLY recommend KRISTEN JENKINS!

Patti is super friendly and I love just chatting with her before and after my appointments too! I used a seasonal special my first visit, and if you book your next appointment right after, you get 10% off your next appointment. I just got a prepaid package that's buy 4, get the 5th free since I come so often and I'd save some money that way. I've done a body treatment that's left my body clean and refreshed, but I mainly come back for the hour long facials and massages. The massages are relaxing and she gets all my knots out without digging hard, and she also gave me some suggestions for exercises to do in order to prevent soreness in tight spots like my shoulders. I like to get a facial at least once a season with the changing temperatures and she always goes over the ingredients, oils, and lotions she's using, and you get a nice shoulder and arm massage too! I really like the products she sells as well, Sweet Sisters, which is a local Washington brand that uses natural, organic ingredients. I got the rose jojoba moisturizer and not only does it make my face smell delicious, it's extremely hydrating and a little goes a long way.
