It's very interesting because I follow them on instagram and they seem so incredibly kind but I guess that goes to show that social media is fake. I saw a review that said if you ask them a question they look at you like you asked them to make a salad and I just think that's hilarious because it's so true. If it was one employee, I'd brush it off, but it seems like all of their employees are not very kind and welcoming. It's kind of disappointing because it is a very nice store.

I'll admit, I was a little nervous at first after reading some mixed reviews. Ronnie, whom we…read morecommunicated with, isn't the warmest person -- very short and to the point -- but after working with her, I completely understand why. She's all business because her work speaks for itself. The quality is excellent, and the turnaround time was faster than I could've hoped for. My daughter needed a shirt for her college commitment day at school. We checked every major website -- not one had her size available and guaranteed delivery in time. Then, a co-worker who lives near SST mentioned seeing the shop on TikTok (mostly for bed parties, funny enough). At 10 PM on Saturday, I suddenly remembered the TikTok and told my daughter. She messaged them right away. By Sunday morning, they had replied, and after just a few back-and-forth messages, the shirt was ready by Tuesday! The stitching is clean, the colors are vibrant, and it looks amazing. She's all set for Friday's big day, and we couldn't be happier. As a bonus -- the price was the same as Dicks, Fanatics, and Hype & Vice. Great work, fast service, and top-notch quality. Highly recommend!
