I had a wonderful, helpful conversation with the owner, Linda, who guided me through the process and offered her suggestions. Linda's store has an endless selection of fabrics so it could have been an overwhelming experience. It was not! Linda helped me narrow down my search and after a very short time searching through books of fabrics I found exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the fabric with lining as well as the hardware. We had her staff install the finished product and we are so pleased with the result. Her prices are competitive and because she's a small neighborhood store, I felt very well taken care of. If you need window treatments, decorative pillows or anything at all to do with fabric, this is the store for you.

Also I listened to his explanation and when I started to plead my case, he interrupted me. I cannot stand bad customer service and so I will not be back to this store.
