I have had PLENTY of car accidents, and as a result, I have very chronic neck and back problems. So often, I haven't felt like other chiropractors have really understood my problems or gone out of their way to individualize my care plan. However, Dr. Dave is the exception. I have never had a chiropractor who is more diligent and responsive to my needs. During the first visit, he took x-rays and went out of his way to make sure I understood what the images were showing and how that corresponded to the treatment he planned to do. Dr. Dave primarily uses an activator - in case you haven't heard of it, it is a chiropractic tool that allows the chiropractor to really target each vertebra rather than simply cracking the whole area through a hard adjustment. It really gets the job done, but in a way that is not intimidating. Best of all, he has this back massager machine that he uses to give you a nice back massage when he finishes up the adjustment. That's my favorite part ;) I honestly haven't felt this great in ages - I sleep better, study better, and have a much better quality of life thanks to O'Fallon Crossing Chiropractic! Dr. Hadden is young, enthusiastic, and overwhelmingly knowledgeable. Even if you're dubious about chiropractics or have had a bad experience in the past, give O'Fallon Crossing Chiropractic a try.
