Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They let me drop my van off the…read morenight before, so I didn't have to just leave it on the side of the road with the keys under the mat. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . My 94 Camry is idling rough on starting and exhaust has white smoke. I took it in and was told the…read moreproblem is an ignition coil and spark plugs. They replaced a coil (cost of part is from 25-75$). Charged $140 for the part. The front coil they replaced took about 15 minutes to replace. They charged me $290 part and labor and the problem was not solved. I changed the spark plugs yesterday as they recommended. Still the car has the problem. They do a 360 inspection which had numerous items THEY Say that needed to be fixed. The problem is that I have fixed and replaced most of them within the last year. Brake rotors (10k miles), Front tires (like new) Motor Oil (2k miles ago) Trans oil, Air and fuel filter all recently replaced but they said in the inspection that those items were in need of replacing. Cabin filter dirty on the report but the 94 camry to my knowledge has no cabin filter. I have receipts and will be filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney general over this practice. I also will dispute the charge for my card relating to the un needed repair done.
