I'm a car novice so I appreciate that they aren't condescending like some employees at other locations are, they are usually patient and help teach me the right way to fix my car (especially when you come on off-peak hours and they have more time). I remember one time, it had to be at least 6 years ago, where I was changing my brakes and I brought in a brake caliper piston that I thought was broken beyond repair and asked if they had a replacement. Lo and behold, one of the guys (I believe his name was Adam) showed me how to fix it right there on the spot, costing me nothing except some brake grease. Now that's customer service! They have a good selection of items and 99% of the time they have what I need in stock. If not, they can order it and it comes within a day or two. I always come here for my car needs and will continue to do so.

You could do some minor shopping while your vehicle is being worked on -No negative issues with the staff Cons: -I'm still a little curious about their level of expertise. They can do an oil change, they can change a tire, but for more complicated and expensive repairs I'm liable to go elsewhere. It's Walmart. Since they said they could not honor my warranty thru Goodyear I told them to fill it and I would go back to Goodyear. Took car to a Goodyear center and they could not find any nail. Do not feel comfortable with their ethics had an oil change done and they were suppose to check my battery, which they said I declined, wash window which on the receipt said not applicable as well as vacuum which again receipt said not applicable. Employees also had a very bad attitude. Use some other location for your services.

I stopped in not even 10 minutes later they had me leave my car there, fixed it in less than an hour and charged me $20 bucks. When I went to pick up my order the following day, I was told my order had already been picked up. Well, as I didn't pick up the order, I asked who did. All they could give me was a basic description of the person they gave my order to. Despite the fact that my order had only my name as the authorized pick up person, the employee gave my parts to a random person. I was told that they would not have given my order to someone unless they had my name. No one would have known about my order. The pick up was done just before closing, so I can only imagine the employees were more interested in getting out of there than they were about following procedures. Absolutely terrible customer service and the blame for their screw up was pushed off on me. Avoid this location like the plague!

I took the bad ones back with the receipt and they wouldn't give me a refund or store credit for the junk they sold me. Said i had to bring in a bank statement proving i bought new ones to return it, SERIOUSLY!?! That's your customer service!? I definitely won't be back, lost a customer for life over a couple garbage spark plugs!
