He didn't get the permits needed timely, I had to go the get the permit,…read morehe didn't call diggers to locate, they went 4ft off the property line and hit the neighbors cable line knocked them out. I had to call to have the neighbors cable line repaired. I stopped all work immediately until the locate could be completed. This took longer than necessary, all 12 posts sitting for 5 days needed to be removed and replaced. All of this could have been prevented. I would not suggest his business to anyone. He NEVER apologized, just that, "Things happen." DO NOT RECOMMEND.

10-26-23 Signed a contract for fence installation for $6,300. Down payment $4,000, which he cashed…read morethe same day. Installed 11-16, scheduled at the last minute. Came to find lot lines & called the City at the last minute. Neighbors driveway is 4 inches over on my property. He measured from there, to my property and over on the other neighbors property to the next door neighbors, giving me less inches on the other side and they measured 9 inches in and it was only supposed to be 3. I wasn't told about this when he first came out for the estimate. Kept asking the street name. Was supposed to be board on batten. Had "Dog Ear" on the contract. He has a whole page of stipulations in contact backside. Mentioned this to him and he said "Well I have to cover myself!" Warranties are different than what was discussed. Wasn't supervised. And he never came back out to check on them or their work, during or after it was done. Workers putting up dog ear fence until my son told them. Was put on the other side. Because "That was done first" he said. The batten fence wasn't put all around. Type of gate was never discussed, just location. Measured 167 ft. had 147 ft. on other estimates. He was called & messaged numerous times & never showed up to fix, clean up, etc. when promised. No shows on 11-20, 11-21, 11-23, 11-28 and was to get back to us on 11-29 but never did. 12-5 We made a complaint to BBB. 12-6 He messaged "Why did you report me?" Said he was coming out to fix the gate. No show again! Just came to get the last payment on 11-13. Looked on the side fence with a couple pickets and heard him say "F. it!" Said he couldn't put that fence by the garage but did the dog ear. And took $125 off. Said he was losing money! Also said "Not to worry, I got your back!" "No callbacks, 5 star ratings!" Poor communication & very unorganized! Had mostly non English speaking Hispanics working for him. Didn't clean up the messes. Had no blower "In Kenosha!" Large mess in the backyard of mostly concrete! We just wanted the dirt! He told me to spread it in the backyard! We had to clean up the driveway, sidewalk, patio. Cleaned up wood pieces on the lawn, still has clumps of dirt, nails, stones, etc., that have to be raked out. Told workers to clean up around posts especially by the neighbors side. Wanted to cancel early but he laughed & said he bought everything! Gets supplies from Menards at 11% off but when asked for that credit he said "I had to spend it on materials!" The fence isn't lined up with the neighbors and 9 inches off. Giving us less side yard & parking now. Our fence isn't on the lot line! Fence isn't even touching the ground! One area is up 6 inches! Told "They'll move down in time!" And it was "uneven ground." The warranty isn't the same as what he said & the contract. He said 5 years on the fence and a year on the gate but just put down 2 years on any nails. The contract said 30 days on the gate and 1 year on the fence. He said his contract is old but he needs to update it. He has yet to do this. The gate doesn't lock in the hole in the driveway since they lowered it a bit but not enough (they never checked it) and we have to use bungee cords to try to keep it closed now. It's a pain to open and close it every single time. It makes a lot of noise too. And worse with the wind. Nice for the neighbors to hear. Was told about them putting a different lock on it (by the workers) because it sticks out 5 inches (was suppose to come out the end of week 11-20) and cleaning up, fix the pickets, lowering the gate more, to do this but it never happened. The locking mechanism is already showing wear (paint coming off) and will rust! We shouldn't have to paint it all the time. The gate is still too high! And isn't the 5 ft. (I'm 5' 3 inches and it's a lot shorter, I can really see over it) that was discussed. 12-8 the latch on the gate isn't lined up now and won't close and the bungee cords come off! So it's not secured. Have to put the rod inside the window well to keep it open. 12-19 the latch doesn't work at all and very loose with the extra board they put on. It's really pulling on the board now. In no time the boards will come completely off. Need to keep it open now with the snow coming as I don't want to be stuck and not being able to open the gate to get out. Very poor workmanship & contractor. Keeps saying he's "Busy!" "I have a big job coming up!" But calls, mostly messages on his phone right away! Excuse after excuse! Not honest! He's not BBB (emblem) as on his contract nor LLC (What he wanted the check made out)! Not sure if he's insured or bonded! Keeps blowing us off! He's breaching his own contract warranty. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTACTOR!

I had to reach out to them continually to figure out what was going on next or if they even got my payment. The installers showed up on the scheduled day but never gave a certain time or called to confirm the install in advance. The installers are very hard working and did a partial wood fence very quickly (4hrs). I have nothing but good things to say about the installers. They were wrapping up to leave and I ran outside before they pulled away and noticed some parts of the fence didn't reach the ground. I was concerned due to having dogs. They quickly added some wood pieces on the bottom to secure it. Just unfortunate they don't follow up with the home owner for a final check before leaving. A few weeks later I looked into a wire fence for the remaining 2 acre lot. It was pricey and I had concerns with the type of wire and strength. The salesman was great with communication and options to be cheaper.....UNTIL I put a payment on the fence. Communication again stopped. I had no idea when they were coming and Bam- they showed up a few days earlier than I expected. It took them 4 days to complete as it was a very large yard. Again the installers were very hard working and even worked in blizzard conditions. Again they left and no final inspection with the homeowner. They did not place in ground spikes in as agreed to keep the wire tight to the ground. I texted the sales person and they came right back and placed tent camping stakes to hold the fence? Again I was concerned as they have a tiny hook which would slip off if the fence wire moved a little bit. They removed the camping stakes and placed the U spikes we initially agreed on. I still had concerns about the gaps of the fence to the ground, as I was promised it would be tight to the ground. My concern through this entire process beginning to end-was doggie escapes. The sales person was very hard to reach and I thought he blew me off as he wasn't returning text, emails or calls and even no showed on a schedule visit for a follow up inspection to discuss the gaps. Then one day out of the blue, when I was not home, he came over and entered by backyard to look at the installed fence. Never asking prior permission to enter my property. I have security cameras so thankfully I recognized him- otherwise I would have called the PD. We discussed options over the phone to fix the issues, which included a wood plank board at the base of the fence to prevent doggie escapes. He said he would check on what they could do to resolve the issue and then I got an email for a estimate for additional $4k!!!! This was concerning as I just paid $15k total for both fences and you want to charge me MORE to fix the issue. I'm ok with a little more money but $4k for some wood boards!!!!! That was truly upsetting. Of course I never heard back from the office or sales person after that.

AVOID. What a scam... first you can't actually talk to anyone there (is there even a "there"? might…read morebe running it from a boiler room somewhere). You have to talk to a call center. It takes about 20 minutes for to gather ALL your information; similar to a mortgage application. Then, after they have all your information, they tell you there's a minimum $4500 job fee. If you don't have $4500 to give them, they're apparently not interested. I'm sure they don't sell your information or anything. Awful business practices
