I ran into my neighbors fence with a pedal bike cracked a lower channel cost 72 dollars shipped to my door. The charged me 350 dallars to do the whole job took them 22 minutes. They told me they needed special tools to do it, my wife and i did it with our hands and no tools the first time its not rocket science. When i called the company they always took multiple days to return my phone call or email. For 350 dollars they replaced one channel on the bottom (72 dollars if i bought it) and less than 30 min time. I hope my my neighbor is happy.

The porch was just completed, and we were extremely disappointed to see that cracked wood was installed as part of the finished project. The cracks are already getting worse, which is especially concerning considering how recently the work was completed. For the amount of money being spent on a project like this, we expected the materials and workmanship to be much better. Another major issue was the repeated attempts to charge additional money throughout the process. It became frustrating and made the overall experience feel much more expensive and stressful than it should have been. A newly completed porch should not have visibly damaged/cracked wood that is already deteriorating. We expected a professional job using materials that were in good condition, along with clear and consistent pricing from the beginning. We are very unhappy with the finished product and the overall experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company carefully inspect all materials before installation and get all pricing and potential additional charges clearly documented in writing..

I have mixed feelings about this company. They came out and did an estimate in quick fashion…read more Once I agreed to get the fence and paid 1/2 down the communication dropped. I had to reach out to them continually to figure out what was going on next or if they even got my payment. The installers showed up on the scheduled day but never gave a certain time or called to confirm the install in advance. The installers are very hard working and did a partial wood fence very quickly (4hrs). I have nothing but good things to say about the installers. They were wrapping up to leave and I ran outside before they pulled away and noticed some parts of the fence didn't reach the ground. I was concerned due to having dogs. They quickly added some wood pieces on the bottom to secure it. Just unfortunate they don't follow up with the home owner for a final check before leaving. A few weeks later I looked into a wire fence for the remaining 2 acre lot. It was pricey and I had concerns with the type of wire and strength. The salesman was great with communication and options to be cheaper.....UNTIL I put a payment on the fence. Communication again stopped. I had no idea when they were coming and Bam- they showed up a few days earlier than I expected. It took them 4 days to complete as it was a very large yard. Again the installers were very hard working and even worked in blizzard conditions. Again they left and no final inspection with the homeowner. They did not place in ground spikes in as agreed to keep the wire tight to the ground. I texted the sales person and they came right back and placed tent camping stakes to hold the fence? Again I was concerned as they have a tiny hook which would slip off if the fence wire moved a little bit. They removed the camping stakes and placed the U spikes we initially agreed on. I still had concerns about the gaps of the fence to the ground, as I was promised it would be tight to the ground. My concern through this entire process beginning to end-was doggie escapes. The sales person was very hard to reach and I thought he blew me off as he wasn't returning text, emails or calls and even no showed on a schedule visit for a follow up inspection to discuss the gaps. Then one day out of the blue, when I was not home, he came over and entered by backyard to look at the installed fence. Never asking prior permission to enter my property. I have security cameras so thankfully I recognized him- otherwise I would have called the PD. We discussed options over the phone to fix the issues, which included a wood plank board at the base of the fence to prevent doggie escapes. He said he would check on what they could do to resolve the issue and then I got an email for a estimate for additional $4k!!!! This was concerning as I just paid $15k total for both fences and you want to charge me MORE to fix the issue. I'm ok with a little more money but $4k for some wood boards!!!!! That was truly upsetting. Of course I never heard back from the office or sales person after that.
