I found this on yelp and gave Scott a call near midnight, and he came within 15 minutes. The stain was a nasty one (I'm sure it'll be something he'll never forget) but he kept coming back until he had exhausted every last option. It's all gone now and I couldn't be more relieved. Extremely fair prices, and that's coming from a college student! 10/10 would recommend!

They answered their phone, (amazing!) and the owner personally came over, no questions asked. Upon arrival, ( less than 30 minutes later. ) he took complete control of the emergency, and knew exactly what to do. He eased my worries that my Christmas Party wouldn't be jeopardized by the horrible flooding that occurred. ( hence the emergency. ). He purchased extra fans and no cost, to cover the large area that had been flooded. Scott is a godsend. His professionalism, sincerity, and knowledge of his field were immaculate. His technical expertise eased my mind as I had NO idea how to handle this mess! I learned so much! And he was happy to educate me and answer all of my questions. He is IICRC certified. He knows exactly what he is doing. And cares about the quality of work. He came back the next morning to check on progress, and made sure I was completely satisfied. He also helped me move heavy decorations around, out of the kindness of his heart. This company is leading the way for customer service. Hands down, the most painless and effortless in communication and quality. I cannot thank Scott, the owner, enough for taking the time on his Sunday evening, clearly stepping away from his family, to help my family and our carpet emergency! I will recommend him to everyone I know!! Thank you so much!!! The Christmas party was a huge success, and I owe it all to Scott and FRACS carpet cleaning services! .... Seven days later. Not one stain has re-appeared!!!!

That was most important to me. I got to know him over a couple of days and he's also a genuinely good human. I will always use Chris moving forward.

I would probably have gone with this company but didn't realize the distance (as I'm researching many companies). 5 stars for the help/communication and preplanning. They offer great pricing so for those close by-definitely consider them!

We rescheduled for 1/2 at 9:30-10:00 AM, then were told the technician would arrive between 11:00-12:00. After waiting until nearly 2:00 PM, we reached out for an update and received no response. As of 4:00 PM, no one has shown up or contacted us. Things happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

He apologizes and says he will return on Thursday (8/23) to complete the work estimating a 12:30-1:00pm arrival. Previously when I initially interacted with David the carpet store being out to lunch was also an excuse I was given before he stopped communicating with me back in May. Since David has reached back out to me he has now ignored or failed to properly communicate with me several times. Save your money, and save your time. Go with anyone else to repair your carpet. At this point I will also be forwarding my complaint and frustration to the Better Business Bureau hoping nobody else makes the same mistake as me or any of the other recent customers.
