Came back to pick up and the woman there "told me" I had already picked them up. When I showed her my ticket and assured her I had not, she reluctantly stopped watching Netflix and started the Carousel. I spotted my pants in with someone else's dry cleaning. She pulled them off and told me $12. I reminded her that she had mentioned it was going to be under $5, and then she got rude, phoned the seemstreas and then told me $7. I indicated I was not happy and planned on writing a review, to which she responded "go ahead" and that she didn't care if I came back. I'm posting cause she didn't care if I did. On 1 occasion I had another customer cuss me out for the reason my white boxer followed me into the building.. I ignored his blatant rude arrogance. A few weeks later? This same older South American male, 50-55 once again decided to curse me out simply bc my boxer again slightly stepped foot into the side door of facilty. This same man? Also had his young son with him, raising his arms cursing me. This time I invited him outside to say this to my face, enough of his obnoxious mouth.
