This is another 'professional' dry cleaning company not to do business with. After inspecting my dress shirts after they were cleaned, I noticed ripping and other damage around the shoulder on one of the shirts. I brought the shirt back to the Owner looking for resolution. The owner told me that the damage was from my cat (I don't have a cat) and that there was no way possible that 'he' did the damage. I empathized with him knowing that as the Owner of his business, he could take situations like this personally. I explained that I wasn't saying it was 'him' but was simply stating that I did not cause the damage and that it was clear his business was responsible. We went back and forth and after a little while, it was clear that the Owner was not going to own the mistake or try and keep me as a customer. I explained that I was going to take my business elsewhere and he told me to have a good weekend. Absolutely pathetic. Next week I'll try my luck at yet another dry cleaner in town.

BE WARNED! New to town, I left a duvet there for cleaning…read more The next day, as I unpacked more, I took in a comforter too. I was promised them both in a week. After a week, I went to pick them up at 8:45, because they state on their sign that they open at 8:30 am. Locked up tight, nobody answering my knocks on the door. The next day I tried again, this time 8:50. Same thing. Nobody there. I went back in the afternoon, and collected my duvet, which still had the creases in it and the two (non-permanent) stains. I will bet anything it was just covered in plastic, without being processed otherwise. Then they had a scramble to find the comforter, and finally came running with it from the back room, hastily putting it in a bag. It had not gone in with any stains, but I am willing to bet it had not been cleaned either. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
