It just won't take any of my bills that a flat and clean. Last time it took my $20 and gave me nothing. I had to wait 30 minutes for the guy who runs the fish store, next door, to come and give it back to me. Fortunately, there were nice people there who loaned me quarters so my trip was t a total loss. How does the saying go? Fool me one, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Here I am a third time. I must be some kind of fool. Never again.

Clean, modern laundromat with brand-new machines…read more I originally came here when my washer broke, but now I come back regularly because the machines are bigger, faster, better and more efficient than my home unit. It also gives me a place to relax and find some solitude while the machines run. The laundromat is always spotless and well maintained, with a quiet, comfortable, clean atmosphere that makes it easy to relax or read while waiting. It looks like they recently renovated the entire place, from new paint and seating, to new machines. Pricing is fair, especially when you factor in the cost of electricity, water, wear & tear and maintenance at home. The washers and dryers are fast, large-capacity, and accept credit cards. The manager is friendly, helpful and usually on-site, which makes a big difference. Excellent customer service (which is rare these days). You can tell they genuinely care about the space and their customers. Easily one of the best laundromats in the area -- highly recommend.

Clothes Quarters does accept quarters. They also use an app and while I appreciate "winning the jackpot" as I convert at $10 to quarters, I'd much rather use an app so that I'm not filling my coin holder with extra coins. The app was easy to register and use on the washer but they don't use it for dryers. I though I was stuck losing $15 in credit. Not to worry - I sent an email inside the app requesting a refund and it was processed within a day or two. The laundromat is clean and tidy. There is free wifi and there are places to sit while you watch your clothes go round and round. They do sell detergent but I had stopped at the Dollar Tree up the street for a big bottle.
