Although he was booked into the next month he squeezed me in since I needed it ASAP for a series of upcoming interviews. Like a previous reviewer said, the place is somewhat old school. Trades like cobblers and tailors tend to be that way as our current society has shifted toward more efficient and cheaper fashion. And as a professional who provides a specialized service you will be charged as such. But you have to consider what this is worth to you. Rigo is friendly and paternalistic (he is not shy about voicing his disappointment in your suit fit). He was very conversant and talked about his life from Hungary to all over the US and serving in the military for a short time. In conclusion, if you need a suit tailored by a professional and willing to pay for the quality service this is THE place to go. I will update this when I receive the final result.

At the appointment, when she was drowning in fabric and a sea of crinoline, I then realized how truly talented she is. She worked so tirelessly to get my dress pinned as quickly as she could. I never did my update!…read more My Mom's outfit was great, and she loved it, which is the best outcome. We did have to go with something off the rack that could be altered due to our timeline, but my Mom look adorable and her outfit was perfect. Sandy added a simple beautiful (satin I think) trim to my Mom's top and cardigan, hemmed the pants for her and took in the top so it stayed on my Mom's shoulders (she's very little). "Tailor" of amazing service and gratitude…read more Had out of State services to attend for my Uncle. Of course I waited to pack and it's been a while since I needed to suit up. I went to my collection of jackets from over the years the night before which has grown in numbers as my sizes have changed. The next morning (same day leaving to Latham NY. At 1PM) I had to scramble to try and get a suit jacket that would fit. This wouldn't be an easy task as I assumed nothing off the rack would fit. Went to Mens Warehouse in Williston VT. About 11:30 AM and was assisted by Daryl the new store Manager. He was professional understanding of my dilemma and jumped into action. When we dialed in the best possible fit off the rack in a nice black jacket I asked about tailoring the cuffs and asked if it was possible on the spot. He mentioned he didn't currently have a tailor in store but also mentioned his prior location was in Clifton Park NY. (15 mins from where the service was.) Daryl placed a call to his prior location and coordinated an appointment for 4PM for me same day. Fast forward I arrived in the Clifton Park Mens Wearhouse location, suit in hand at 4PM. The tailor Oksana had me dialed in and out the door in 30 mins. She even steamed my shirt to make sure I was good to go. I couldn't have been treated better. Went straight to the wake and was pleased to share the days events with family members at dinner afterwards. They were left in disbelief the level of care, customer service and amazing outside the box thinking helped make my unrealistic goal a reality. Truly appreciate Daryl and Oksana for thier understanding and making it all happen. Thank you.
