Vagrants not welcomed without cash. Undesirables/ loiterers he runs off. My first visit was to get my mechanic a coffee. He knew the mechanic next door. , he didn't charge me. A man with a heart. especially in this weather (16 inches of snow) Ps. The university is getting established in the area , security is going to increase. For weeks, I've noticed a recurring issue at this Mobil station: some pump screens display "Pay at…read morePump Not Available Use Card Inside (KSB)." Yet when I use the Mobil app's contactless payment (selecting "Pay at Pump," entering the pump number, and payment method), the pump works with no problem--no cashier required. I've raised this with two different cashiers in the past two weeks. Each one confirmed that many customers have complained, but Mobil has been slow to fix it, apparently focusing on building new stations instead of maintaining the ones they already have. Enough is enough. Mobil clearly doesn't care about its customers. They've lost my business--I'll be filling up elsewhere.

So I go to the Bayshore location and it's a total disaster of a place. It's a gas mart that is in total disarray. There owner was behind the counter, barely got up to help me. Gave me the rental van keys, no walk around or paperwork. I took a picture of the mileage. When I got the bill, the mileage was off by 11 miles and I was charged for insurance which I declined to have. So I was over charged $26. And when I called to talk to him about it I was greeted with yelling and a hang up.

Well I pulled up to a full service pump with 2 attendants and the one that was helping me greeted me with a smile and genuinely asked how I was doing and what would I like today :) Now if that wasn't enough (of it was for me) as he was waiting for my tank to fill, he saw I had a plastic bag (garbage bag) that was quite filled up and ready to be taken out, hanging from the stick that puts the car in drive (forgot the name of that). He politely ask me to hand it to him to toss for me because it was no good to have all that weight there AND said would you like me to get you a new bag!? I politely declined cuz I told him I would take care of it and I had another bag but HE INSISTED! And started to to clean my front and back windows TOO! Clean shaven and wearing a clean almost old fashioned station attendant uniform. No hat. He was helpful and courteous. They checked my tires and offered free air. It was a splendid full up experience. Outstanding. Though the gas is a little more pricey than a usual station these amenities were worth the few cents..
